It’s a safe and welcoming environment for both me and my clients. Sola Salon Suites in Holladay has been fantastic to work with. I’ve been renting a room here since November and have nothing but good things to say about it. I was in a serious time crunch to find somewhere to get my med spa up and running, the owners were so accommodating and helped me get up and running in less than a week. They frequently stop by to check in and see if I need anything and are always easy to get a hold of via text/phone call. The building is absolutely beautiful, and is always kept immaculately clean. If you are looking for a place to start your small business- this is it!

I visited the Sola Salon in Holliday last week and was blown away. It is absolutely beautiful. Every detail well thought out and the perfect space to rent. I loved the spacious rooms, modern decor and the location is ideal. As a stylist of 25 years I was thrilled to find a space that had everything that I was looking for. I Can’t say enough about this location.

For this being my first time ever looking into opening my own little business, it sure has been the best experience by far. Thanks to Shawna who is so amazing! Very attentive, friendly, and honest. She was able to help my cousin and I get everything we need to start. Answered all our questions. Never hesitated to answer us when we needed her. Thank you so much. I toured this place and have watched it get constructed and have seen the vision come to life. It's an absolute beautiful location, salon suite, and not to mention, Shawna, the owner has been such a pleasure to talk to and was very responsive to me with any and all questions I had about owning my own salon suite. Although I couldn't get into this location for personal reasons, I would highly recommend working with Shawna and her team. She is absolutely sweet and incredible!

Such incredible people to work with. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. I have been in contact with Shauna via Instagram and she's so friendly, easy to talk to and makes me feel confident as a service provider looking for space to rent. I was able to set up a tour before the construction was finished, and get an idea of what type of space was possible to set up. They definitely want their renters to succeed and have set up many features of the spaces to ensure each need is met.

What an amazing experience it has been to have my personal business with Sola!! Sean and Shawna Manning have been great to work with! They have not only supported my business but have also helped me to grow in so many ways. They are both so kind and full of information, always there to help in anyway I need. I never have to worry about the bathrooms, cleanliness in common areas,, internet, air temperature , etc. .. common areas are always clean and comfortable.
