I trust her judgements and abilities so much that I allow her to give me any new haircuts or hairstyles that she recommends for my face and hair type. Highly recommend Kimberly Durrance in Suite #4 on Tuesdays only.

For starters she was 30 minutes late for our hair appointment I came with a front Lace Wig that costed me a roughly about $400 I spent $100 with her so in total I spent $500 with her we had agreed that we were going to do a sew-in and the lace melt when I got there she talked me out of doing the lace melt and just doing the sew in when she did the sew in she stabbed me a couple times in the forehead and trying not to make a big deal I just Shrugged It Off when I got home is when I noticed that my forehead was bleeding but back to the actual job she sewed in the wig when she got done I noticed that about a quarter of an inch of my hair was still showing now when I got there I did not have bangs in this wig nor did I intend to have bangs in this wig but the job that she gave me was so bad and so noticeable that I was forced to have her put bangs in it when I got home I was unhappy but I felt rushed out of her office because her next appointment which by the way was her daughter was coming and I was feeling rushed. that night at work I was made fun of so bad that I cried on my way home and immediately took it out when I got into the house. I posted pictures to show you what the end of the night looked like for me and now I am out $500 on a wig that I cannot wear again nor do I want to wear again because it has bangs on it and only got to use it one time which was not enjoyable may I mention I contacted her to let her know what had happened she said that she would try to reinstall it but again I don't want it reinstalled the wig now is unusable plus the lace was completely cut out so I can't even have it melted down she will not compromise on the price but complained about her experience and how this has never happened to her before and I believe that but at the same time this what I I got and I'm not happy she got upset because I could not come in the same week I got it done because I do have a job that I have to work so I will not be using her service anymore and I can't believe she allowed me to walk out of her office looking like that but again me being nice I just don't have it in me to be rude or to speak my mind and come off rude

KIMBERLY DURRANCE is the Best stylist I have had since the "big hair" styles of the 80's and 90's! I was so pleased with her work after the 1st and 2nd haircuts that I have allowed her to cut my hair the way she chooses! That's a lot of trust and Kim deserves it. She very talented and entertaining to chat with, too!

So it took about 4 months to finally get an appointment here to view a suite. Not from being responded to by my multiple email or phone inquiries but a tenant gave me the direct number. The first appointment I was not contacted until 45 minutes after that the person was not going to make it. Then she rescheduled and last minute on the day of the next appointment couldn't make it. Unfortunately she reached out after I'd already been on the road for 45 minutes.I mean seriously how are you going to no show to 2 appointments in a row.The lack of professionalism really makes you wonder how it would be actually renting from her.

The wife used Elliot to do her balayage, cut, and deep condition. Went to pick her up and Elliot tried having her pay additional $155 because her hair was a little longer I guess plus then he touched her roots up to match her balayage color. Isn’t that suppose to be included? I’ve never know anyone who’s done her hair not have always included her roots too? Plus he tried charging for a toner which I’m sure that’s suppose to be in the cost as well of the balayage. Then I offered to pay something Friday and the rest next Friday. He said well something needs to be paid today and then the rest Friday. I asked if he explained to her before doing anything OTHER then what he was suppose to what the cost would be and he said no. I said so it’s on both parties and we can pay some Friday and the rest the following Friday. He said it’s on him and have a good day. Her hair doesn’t look anything like a balayage and just like a highlight job. I would just recommend keeping aware. Her hair was also only to the lower part of her shoulder blades.

My hairstylist is amazing and I wouldn't trade her for anything in the world but the other people working here are loud, rude, and don't follow mask mandates. Would not recommend entering this building.
