I called last week to book an appointment but Sofya was fully booked. Today I received a call from her because her 11am appointment canceled. It was fate! It was my first time coming to Sofya's and I felt as if I'd been going there for years. The entire time it felt as if the service was being provided by family not a person I just met. I can truly see what sets this business apart from others. Sofya truly cares about her customers, takes the time to get to know who you are as a person, and even shares her wealth of knowledge. I made sure to book my appointment before leaving since I know she is always fully booked. I had a facial done and my skin looks and feels amazing. I look forward to trying other services at Sofya's.

It was by chance I called to see if Sofya had any availability to do eye brow waxing that day. Someone canceled last minute and I was able to see her in the next 20 minutes. Check in was smooth and easy with simple paperwork. My experience of waxing with Sofya was wonderful. The waxing process was easy and no irritation or redness at all!! A lovely conversationalist and also getting to know her and her prolific business. Now I know why EVERYONE in the SCV area recommends her. I would definitely come back again and make sure to have an appointment. She books up very quickly!!

Anna and Sofya are nothing short of the best. I’ve been seeing Anna for at least 3 years now and she’s helped me bring my brows back from thin to its natural shape. She truly is a master at her craft and her work shows it. The salon has a nice and inviting atmosphere where it almost feels like home. Once you have your eyebrows professionally waxed by Anna you’ll for sure go back to her!

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT NOW!!! I've been going to Sofya for nearly a year and she has absolutely transformed my skin. She is so knowledgeable with her craft and even diagnosed an ailment I was completely unaware of. Not only does my skin look and feel better, but I feel better overall!! Sofya takes her time to get to know your concerns and create a plan, and is very straightforward with expectations. I love Sofya and Anna, they're always so inviting, and it always feels like home the moment I walk through their door. I never thought my skin could improve without harsh medications and/or expensive face-care products that make my skin worse. That being said, Sofya does have her own line of high-quality products, and they truly work without irritating or damaging my skin; I was able to see a difference immediately. Though I haven't seen Anna for my eyebrows (I probably should, they're a disaster ) she has done a wonderful job on my fiancée's eyebrows. She is consistent and patient, and truly knows how to sculpt the best brows. Give Sofya's a try, you will not be disappointed!!

Sofya and her Daughter Anna are angels. Truly they are so kind and welcoming which was honestly a huge important factor to me since I was going there to help treat face acne...a problem I am insecure about and have been struggling with through my adult life. Sofya was able to tell what has been causing my acne just from the first consultation. She suggested other lifestyle changes to improve my overall health which seemed daunting at first but to be honest...I was SHOCKED at how quickly my skin changed. Since I was on a time crunch and leaving the area soon we did about 4 sessions with various services and my skin....a night and day difference! WOW! I also followed her instructions and I really can't believe it. I am so grateful to her. Not only do I just feel better but my face is not itchy or in pain and my body overall is just happier. THANK YOU SOFYA! ( Plus she has also helped friends of mine and her face is a prime example that she knows what she's doing. She looks amazing <3)

This review is long overdue. My sister and I have been coming to Anna for almost 7 years. Anna is the most amazing esthetician I have ever been to. She really listens, takes her time with your eyebrows, and will be honest about what can be achieved with your eyebrows. What’s most amazing is her work is consistent and you will always know your eyebrows will come out great. She is a true artist. No more overdoing your eyebrows to achieve a great look. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone! My sister and I moved out of the area and still come to see her, she’s that good! Don’t hesitate, book your appointment with her!

Anna is the best! I grew up in Valencia and now live in Florida. I’ve tried finding someone to wax my eyebrows in Florida, but no one compares to Anna. I see her 3 times a year when I come out to California to visit. She is not only sweet and personable, but she takes her time with my eyebrows and truly studies them - I swear she knows every hair on my face! Always on time, always professional, and always smiling. Could not give a higher recommendation - she’s worth the cross country flight thrice annually!

Every time I have to attend a special occasion, go on vacation, or simply put my best "face" forward, I am sure to schedule an appointment with Anna to get my brows on point. I fully trust her to create the perfect brow for my face shape. Sofya herself gives the most relaxing facials as well as educates her clients as to why she is performing certain treatments or promoting certain products in order to achieve the best results across the board. I experienced minor but recurring acne for years and was generally unsatisfied with my skin, tried different products, facials, etc. Then my brother referred me to Sofya for a skin consultation. At first, her recommendations were a little challenging to accept, especially to a western biomedicine accustomed ear. She recommended changing a lot of the food I ate regularly, but I was willing and fortunately able to make and sustain the changes. My skin and digestion has improved noticeably, and family and friends have commented on it. When I look in the mirror now, I am pleased with my skin and not frustrated by recurrent acne and inflammation. Sofya is thoughtful and caring, and in my experience her nutritional recommendations for skin improvement are completely worth the leap of faith for those willing and able to make it!

I have been a client of this wonderful establishment for over 10 years and have thoroughly enjoyed all services offered. In 2016 i was in a MVA that resulted in large areas of road rash on various parts of my body. Sofya was able to not only calm my worries but more importantly she was able to give me my smooth skin back. She provided me with a scar serum (more like a miracle serum) that restored my skin and allowed me to wear shorts again without feeling self conscious.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years and Sofya’s European Skin Care is probably one...if not the best waxing establishment in Santa Clarita! Anna is magic when it comes to waxing. Very precise and always makes sure that her client’s waxing experience is as painless and smooth as possible :) The fact that she’s been doing this for 15+ years already puts me at ease and comfortable with her! Typically I’d get my legs, bikini line, eyebrows and much more done at this place and I’m always satisfied when leaving. The best part is before finishing my waxing session, Anna always does a thorough look with me for any lingering hair with patience rather than another typically waxing business ready to push their client out the door only for the next one to come in faster. Sofya’s European Skin Care is all about QUALITY OVER QUANTITY! The staff here is always friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have!
