I don't write reviews a lot but I had to write this review about the haircut I got by Lexi at Social Color Lounge of Annapolis because I don't think I've ever been this happy with a haircut before! I am thrilled with the cut that Lexi gave me. It's just perfect! Thank you so much, Lexi!

April is phenomenal and gets my hair done right! My hair is a more alternative cut and takes a lot of blending, layering, and cutting at different lengths. April blows it out of the water every time. I’m so glad she is at this location!

I came in a week ago and it was Not only the worst haircut of my life but also the most expensive. My hair, which i take much pride in, was butchered and cannot even be worn down anymore considering how bad it looks. This is obviously incredibly upsetting. My hair will be in a bun until it grows out instead of wearing it down everyday like i used to. Ive tried to style it but with all the different lengths its simply not possible to make it look good. I would rather let my 4 year old cut my hair than come here again. The staff was nice but I rather get my hair cut by someone rude and have it look good than by someone nice who makes it look like crap. The pricing was just salt in the wound because i paid well over a hundred dollars to have my hair look like it was cut with the stylists eyes closed.

I got rainbow hair and I love it so much! It is so pretty. I got my rainbow hair done by Kiersten, and Olivia helped! I saved up all my money from dog walking and I’m really happy! -my 12 year old daughter As her mom I was very impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and care taken by the entire staff. Especially Kiersten and Olivia. We will definitely be back!

Just got done with Chelsea T. Very friendly and knowledgeable and made great suggestions for my hairstyle and a couple products I was interested in for my hair condition. Sometimes I hate getting my hair cut with the awkward breaks in conversation or not knowing what to say, but she kept up the flow and made it really enjoyable. I recommend this place and Chelsea if you can book her!

In all my life this was the worst experience I’ve had with a hair salon and it was bad enough for me to do my very first negative google review. It took over 5 hours for my daughter to get basic highlights who has very short and thin hair. I understand it was a new girl, but she did not once apologize for taking so long, and when I asked why it took so long she just looked at me with no explanation. Had she explained she was new and still learning, and couldn’t figure out what developer to use, I would have been not as upset. Everyone has to start somewhere and I get that. I just hope it’s a learning experience for the young lady. Also should say this 5 plus hours didn’t include a hair cut or styling…. However, I will say the manager was very nice and tried to offer her best stylist at a later time as a solution. I just couldn’t imagine going back to this place and giving them my hard earned money again. I think there are good stylist here, I just should have done a better job researching before I booked with the stylist. Lesson learned on my part.

Long review but worth it to read! This is by far one of the best salons that my husband & I have ever gone to. We both see Kelsey & from the first moment I sat in her chair & she started asking about what I wanted, I knew I was going to be coming back. Kelsey really knows what she is talking about when it comes to hair & especially with color. Kelsey has given me multiple great cuts, but the colors that she achieves in my hair are masterpieces. She gave me a beautiful magenta color & when I was done with that she took me to a darker red with copper highlights and I akways get compliments on what she does. She has always educated me on how to best take care of my color (so im not back in there every month for touch ups) & she knows all the best products to use from personal experience. But one of the things I love most about visiting Kelsey is how personalable she is. She takes time to get to know you & will remember things about you the next time you see her. Which is super important when you spend a couple hours together. She has her barber certification & has taken care of my husbands hair too. After working with Kelsey once, he refused to see anyone else. I'm so sad that my husband & I are moving away & that we can't just take Kelsey with us. Keep my girl busy though, she loves it & will be the best stylist decision you've ever made.

I would be lying, If I said this wasn’t the best decision of my life, cause it most definitely was the best decision of my life to have come here today. Im the type of person who goes years with no haircuts because I come out not liking what I got. Today I cannot stress enough how much I love my hair, I feel cute, I feel healthy, I feel beautiful, my OCD is in check cause my hair is even. Best part of all…I found someone I can keep coming back to!!! She was awesome, She did her thing gave me a bit of my confidence Back! I absolutely loved her! I love my hair! I love my confidence! I just keep bopping in the mirror like yeah I’m cute now! On top of all that goodness, I loved your playlist! lol. Can’t stress enough, y’all’s awesome-ness and that I strongly strongly recommend!!!

I came in as a walk in and they were so amazing and so quick to get me in a chair. I didn't Have an appointment as I had Just left a different salon with a haircut that came out not great. Krista C did an absolutely amazing job fixing up someone else’s mess into a haircut I actually enjoy. This is my second time here and and both times have been amazing. I wish I had just gone here in the first place today. 100% recommend

I can’t hype my girl Kelsey enough. She is amazing. Always knows what I want when I don’t know how to explain it. My hair looks 🔥every time. And she keeps it so soft even after years of bleaching.

Kelsey did an amazing job on my color!! She was very upfront about the cost and everything she planned to do to my hair. She took black box dyed hair to a gorgeous blonde/brown color and my hair still feels healthy and soft. I will continue to see her for all future hair care. Highly recommend

I recently had my 2nd appointment there and also on another day brought my grandson in. I am very happy with the experience I had there. The stylist was personable and experienced in both my y visits and with my grandson's visit. Prices are decent and I will be going back.

I saw Lexi for all over color and a cut and she is the real deal. She took her time, asked questions, and executed perfectly. I have hair that has changed alot with age in the last 5 years or so and she knew just what to do. Haircut was perfection and I am a pretty discriminating client. Lexi listens and delivers.

Jacey did such a great job with my highlights. I have been loyal to one person for awhile at a different salon and needed to get in last minute which sometimes can be terrifying considering you have no idea how it could turn out and I am blown away with how good my highlights look and for someone who is only 20 years old?? she is killing it!! The girls that work there are so nice and just an overall very fun environment.

Kelsey did my hair and she has amazing skill and showed that she really cares about her clients and their hair. I highly recommend her. I have virgin hair and wanted to go for a hot pink ombre and she made it happen in one day with no damage. I was able to get an appointment quickly and once I was there Kelsey took the time to listen to my ideas and helped me decide the details that would look best when I wasn't sure. I'm so happy with how it turned out. I'd imagine it's hard to make a natural transition to such an unnatural color but it looks like it came out of my head this way it's so smooth a transition.

Lola is such an incredible person on top of being a fantastic hair stylist. The location of the salon is right off the highway and is super easy to get to. They offer complimentary beverages while you get your hair done, too.

Not happy with my work from Kelsey. Was over $330 … and she forgot to give me the take home treatment, color was completely off, I asked for Ombré and got full highlights, and my hair was cut way too short. Go somewhere else

So I have been going here for about 3 months now I get my haircut and beard trimmed by Tiffany O. The experience is top tier she is very detail oriented, very professional and friendly , the confidence that I gain every time I leave is incredible . I am super insecure because I have a dry scalp but Tiffany and the staff there were happy to help . I would recommend this place to everyone . Do your self a favor and stop by
