I booked an appointment for brow tint service two weeks ago. Upon arrival, I was told by Sosun (owner) that she does not wax or thread brows. She only provides tint service for $30. This should have been listed on her site. After getting my eyebrows waxed, I stopped by her suite per our conversation and she had left for the evening. I tried to reschedule online and my appointment was cancelled. Later, I received a text from the owner saying she was working her other job and forgot to update her books. After asking, I replied with my availability for the following week and she never responded. I sent another text four days later requesting my $25 deposit be refunded. She has yet to respond. So, I filed a complaint with the Corporate Office and that went no where. It’s really SAD when people think they are entitled to your money without providing any kind of service. This owner deserves ZERO stars. She is very unprofessional and I would not recommend this business.

Had such a great experience. The lash tech was very detailed oriented and took her time with my lashes. The style she suggested really complimented the natural shape of my eyes. So impressed with her professionalism and skill. Can’t wait to go back for brow tinting!

Every time I come here I leave feeling beautiful! Sosun is so friendly and is amazing at doing lash extensions. I have gotten full volume lash extension sets and wet lash extension sets from her and I have never left disappointed. I love that she always takes her time, is professional and maintains a clean work space. If you’re thinking about getting your lashes done here, do it!! It is well worth the price.

I always come to sobeautybar to get a classic lash set and I seriously cannot trust anyone else to do my lashes! She’s the most professional, efficient lash tech I know. I am always so happy with my lashes as it’s exactly what I ask for. I’ve never had any issues and highly recommend!!

I got my lash extensions done by Sosun here and I LOVE it. My friends keep asking where I got them done!! It’s been almost three weeks now and they’re still as perfect as they were the day I got them. 10/10 🫶definitely recommend!!

It is hard to find a good lash tech let me tell you! But finally my cousin referred me to sobeautybar about a year and a half ago and I have been going every two weeks ever since! She is talented, patient, and flexible. She tries her best to make sure all her clients are happy and are able to get in. I know that she goes the extra mile for me and I’m always so so impressed with her work and how she helps keep me in check with my appointments! Lol life Can get crazy with a three year old but I sure do enjoy my time getting my lashes done and I don’t think I’ll ever give it up so long as she is doing lashes 💕 Best lash tech ever ♥️♥️♥️ Aaand she’s an amazing therapist soooo win win 🤷‍♀️😂

I’ve gotten my lashes done here for the past 7 months & have been nothing but amazed every time I go. I’m always receiving compliments on my lashes & she also has many different fun decals and colors which is different. Love the conversation & relaxing aesthetic, she’s found a longtime client in me!!

I’ve visited Sosun at sobeautybar twice now and have gotten both the volume lash extensions and the classic lash set. Both lasted me over three weeks but would recommend the volume lashes! So clean and professional!

Sosun is literally the best! From the amazing service she provides, the cleanliness of the studio, to the relaxing and aesthetically pleasing environment! I started coming in when I was pregnant and she was more than welcoming & accommodating. She answered every question/concerns I may have had. Almost a year later & I still look forward to my appointments because I know that not only will I be getting the best service when it comes to my eyelash extensions but I also get to have “girl time” which is a plus! Definitely recommend!
