I bet I would be giving a good review if someone at this salon was actually accepting new clients. However, not one stylist is accepting new clients. Don't bother spending 20 minutes reading all the wonderful reviews like I did, just to find out you can't book with anyone!

I have been trying to go Red for a while, 3 different stylists… Finally 4th try Kenzi nailed it! She is amazing with color, patient and heard everything that I was looking for. I suck I forgot to take pictures BUT will update next time around. Finally a picture 🙂

Today was my first time trying out this salon and my first time getting my hair done in 4+ years , so was ssupper nervous for a change. My stylist was Kenzi. She was upper fun, bubbly and personable. I really wasint sure what I wanted to do with my hair. I showed kenzi a few references photos that i liked and she totally transformed my hair. She did a supper fun layerd mid length hair style with copper peekaboos. I absolutely love my hair gave me the confidence bost that I needed. Kenzi did such an amazing job. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

You will not be disappointed I promise. Smitten Hair Salon has the greatest energy …. I felt at home my first time and that’s saying a lot. Kenzi has been my hairdresser since I moved to the area and she is absolutely the best so I followed her to Smitten, I couldn’t be happier. @kenzi.vhs

This was my first visit to Smitten and appointment with Becky. Becky did an AWESOME job on my hair. I had hair down to my shoulder blades and it was box dyed (but only one shade lighter than my natural color). I wanted to color back to my original hair color and she fixed it for me no problem. The cut though was the best part. I had her cut a chin length bob with bangs on me. I'm a picky person about bangs and she patiently listened to me tell her what I wanted and we even referenced the picture I brought several times to make sure she was getting it right. She checked her work on me as well throughout the process as well to make sure everything was straight/even. I really appreciated the time she took to give me a quality cut. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair and I feel refreshed.

I went to Whitney at Smitten Salon on May 27th. It is June 22nd and my hair is already horribly faded. I do not use sulfates in my hair so I'm not sure why it is fading so quickly. One of the main reasons I went here was because it is important to me to have Olaplex treatments, but I asked for Olaplex twice and did not receive it.

I absolute love Smitten Salon, my hair stylist Chelsea is the best, she did such an amazing job with my hair and makeup for my wedding, I chose her to do the color, cut and style a year later and again I looked absolutely amazing! She made me feel and look very beautiful(My husband thought so too)! If you want to feel and look beautiful see Chelsea at Smitten Salon, you won't regret it! Thank you Chelsea, I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Was so excited for my visit. Was given a recommendation from a family friend. I was finally going to have my haircut, styled and professionally colored and highlighted. Came in with a few pictures of the type of style I wanted along with color/highlights I thought might look good on me. I figured the person I was working with would be able to give me some advice on what would look good on my shape of face and skin tone. My stylist did not really seem to care. Here I was so excited to finally at 51 years old have my hair done professionally done and my stylist was only a little helpful. My cut was not good, my color/highlights came out okay. The stylist was sweet enough I guess but didn't seem to really care or didn't seem to be eager to make me a satisfied customer. After shelling out $120 For my birthday hair styling, I really wish I would have taken my business to someone who was more enthusiastic about customer satisfaction. I mean you would think a stylist would try to upsale someone who was asking about what products to use on her hair but nope. I asked for her advise on products, and her only response was use shampoo that is color friendly. I was ready to spend more money on salon products, but nothing. Maybe I am wrong but I consider spending $120 for a cut and color is a lot of money. I guess long story short, I feel like I didn't get what I paid for. Maybe the other stylist in the salon are better, I don't know. Thanks for letting me ramble and vent!
