Always a great experience! Quick, no pain and the offers they send through the year are fantastic. I love that the text to let me know about Botox specials and when I might be due for treatment. Life is so busy I tend to forget. Salon/office is close by, clean and full of vibrant people. I highly recommend visiting Smiley

I just recently found Smiley Aesthetics (West Nashville), and I've already been twice — both times were great! This will now be my go-to spot for Botox, fillers, and probably more. :) I’ve seen Mary and Donna, and they’re both amazing, but honestly, the whole team is awesome! Highly recommend!

Donna is amazing! She’s a PA so she’s super knowledgeable about medicine, which brings me comfort. She’s going on mat leave soon but coming back after and I will definitely see her again in the future. Smiley is quick and easy to get in and out and is always clean and pleasant to visit. Go here!

Mary is so educated and answered all of my questions. They have beautiful medspas and everyone is so nice. They actually care about making things as affordable as they can for you. Also, I’ve been getting my lips done for years and NEVER achieved what I wanted until now. I’m finally happy with my lips and I am so grateful. Can’t recommend her enough.

Just have to say the straight 5 star reviews speak for themselves!! I’ve been here twice for filler in my chin and lips, first time with Mary and second time with Jessie. They take good care of you and they’re pretty fast at it too! Attached my photos the first time I got filler of before and right after, and then 8-9 days once the swelling went down. Love the slight difference that has boosted my confidence so much!

My experience was amazing, I was running late so I was scared I was going to miss my appointment. Jessica was very understanding and got me in despite me being late. Jessica was very informative and fast with very little pain. Cost was way less expensive than the last place I went. Highly recommend Smiley and Jessica. 💙

Donna completed my first Scarlet RF session and I’m sooooooo impressed!!! Can’t wait to see the results after a couple more sessions!! Donna was courteous , answered all my questions, explained the procedure perfectly. She went over expectations and my results exceeded my expectations!!! I am 54 and have one eye lid drooping (left) and overall sagging skin. Instead of surgery I opt for a more natural approach. Use my bodies own abilities to produce collagen and elastin to lift that pesky lid!! Look at the difference in one hour and minimal downtime……Thanks so much Donna!!!!!
