It was a great experience. She worked will with Aidan (3 year old child) . Was very tentative the his needs as she cut his hair. Help him feel at ease the whole time. Thanks, it means a lot.

Love treating myself to a hair care. I got myself a great hair wash following a perm. Extra long hair so there was extra treatment for my perm. Loved the next couple days with beautiful spirls, so bouncy and I can always fluff it up more.

Took my grandson for haircut. He is 9. Stylist didn't say anything to me or ask what cut he wanted. He tried to show her a picture, but she ignored him and told him him to move his hand. She jerked his head around as she was using the clippers. He was in the chair for about 10 minutes total. Never said anything else to him, or asked me if cut was ok. After leaving, he showed me his neck. It was red from the cape being so tight. Worst experience ever. Worst haircut ever.

Was not impressed the Barber and front desk should be on same page I only got a 10 minute cut, far from style and shampoo, but 27.50 I would question I paid for it. I would question another visit.

We had the older lady “CeeCee” and she cut my son hair whom is 2. She was pretty rude and I told her what I wanted for my sons hair cut. I don’t think she heard me the first time but she was grabbing my son pretty rough in which I told her she didn’t need to do that. Never had an experience like this in which there was no “comfort” or “understanding” for a kids cut. She seemed pretty annoyed. Would not recommend “CeeCee”.

The hairdresser was not nice. She didn't greet me at all and I should have gone with my gut instinct and left before she cut my hair. The worst haircut I've experienced. My hair is uneven. One side is longer in the front. Not happy with my hair cut at all. I was charged 25 dollars for the worst cut ever.

Service was unpleasant. Not good customer service. They don’t give you prices. I asked for a cut and style but only sat in the her chair for 10 mins. Not a good experience for me.
