The haircut my son got wasn't all that great! I could have done a better job at home. His hair was cut a week ago and has already grown back. The girl was super sweet but needs more practice on boy/mens hair.

I received the worst haircut ever. On 6-6-22 I came in and asked the stylist to taper my hair and she practically left a patch on top of my head like Bert from sesame street. So high i had her not even cut the top, so i could comb over . I am not a picky person but I am very disappointed. I could have done a better job myself.

Love shayla ....however this last experience. Was less than delightful. 3 canceled ... Took off and didn't call clients or double booked appointments. Then last appointment ...suddenly masks are mandatory after never wearing one. Choosing another place!

My husband took our son here to get his hair cleaned up. He had his hair done by Maria. His haircut was done so well, that my husband went in to see Maria for his haircut. When it came time for me to get my haircut, I decided to go see Maria as well. I admit to being a little concerned initially. In the past when I have went to the salon in Wal-Mart's, I have not enjoyed my visit at all and liked my haircut even less. Men's haircuts are different than women's. But I gave my guys the benefit of the doubt and went to see Maria. I enjoyed the conversation with her, she is very easy to talk to. She listened to what I had to say about my hair, gave some insight and did a fabulous job! I am very happy and so is my curly hair!! My whole family will become regulars here and I hope Maria never leaves and never retires! 😀

Today I was beyond upset with the location in Pueblo West. I had an appointment for 10:00am and before I even landed in the seat, the manager fired my hairstylist. The manager apologized but did not offer to cover my appointment after firing the stylist. I spend $100-$175 a month in this salon. I find this beyond unprofessional. The firing could have come after shift instead of inconveniencing everyone and make a spectacle for the public to see. This manager needs coaching on how to handle employee relations. Do better.

I have been going there for 3 years and I could not have a better stylist than Shayla she so thinks outside the box and her ideas are fantastic. My best friend came down to visit in June and I took her to see Shayla , she really didn’t want her hair touch but she did her magic and my friend love it and when she went home her daughter thought it was great also. Thank you Shayla for all you do. 😀

I went in to get some blonde highlights and a trim at first the lady at the counter told me to come back another day Saturday when someone who was good at it would be there I came on Friday had some lady do my highlights and at first before we went to the sink and took the foils out it looked like they were going to turn out super good we head to the sink she mixes the toner and washed my hair and bam my hair is yellow and orange and she barely trims it I wanted to just leave been there the whole day and then waited even longer because they didn't know how much the nail polish was I wanted to purchase. I go home and call them out of frustration and ask to be seen again to have it fixed go there again and she puts some other toner on it instead of reapplying the highlights and it comes out reddish I am like ok I am over it the hair cut was a little better but if you looking to make just one trip and your hair not turn red I would possibly suggest somewhere else.

Nice haircut (though to be honest, I don't have a lot of hair to cut anymore) - she advised on how much to take off to correct all the things I wanted to correct - and also advised future management practices. Smarter than most you'll find in convenient locations, but you must communicate your needs, otherwise, they don't know what you want.
