The stylist had a friend stop in for a last minute walk in cut and she then rushed through my hair cut and refused to dry my hair Got snarky when I wanted more cut off. Unprofessional.

I am disgusted with the service I received. The hairdresser was unprofessional and did not give my child the haircut that I requested. She chose to give him a two minute uneven crew cut and said next time she will do a little more because he doesn’t know her. She charged me full price and refused to finish. Very unhappy with the experience. Would not recommend!!!

I had Lindsay cut my hair and was very happy with my cut. Lindsay was very good asking about what I wanted and made sure before cutting we were on the same page.

I called and spoke with Lindsey about the disaster I had done to my hair at home and she was able to squeeze me in and save me from many embarrassing family photos and made my hair feel and looks healthy even though there was still damage. Life. Saver! Also Sara was super amazing and had an awesome ladies day with the women at smartstyle! THANK YOU!!

Since James left, Sarah is my go to for anything to do with my hair. I usually ask for something a little out of the box and she's great for helping me make my ideas work together. Old review: James is always fun to chat with and I trust him to give me the cut I want (and help make decisions if I'm not too sure!)

The best salon I’ve ever set foot in. Super sweet and gentle. I love my hair and how it came out I definitely needed a cut. She was very patient and understanding and did a fantastic job. Would recommend 100%😍

If im being completely honest my experience here was phenomenal, my hair was in a nightmarish condition it had been growing for 3 years and hadn't been properly brushed in months. It was very knotted and painful any time my hair got pulled. The woman who I had seen to fix this I believe was named Sarah, she was very polite and conversational which was definitely helpful because no matter how gentle you are as a person getting knots like I had untangled can be painful. So the conversation distracted me from that. The hairstyle I got was exactly what I wanted. I went from a complete mess to looking like a distinguished viking warrior as I requested. The quality of the job done on my hair was fantastic, I even got a nice long braid going down my back. Overall I am extremely satisfied with her work, and for the superb job that was done I was surprised all that work costed only 27 dollars without a tip, ofcourse we gave a tip because it was very well deserved. I was not expecting to be this happy with the hairstyle but here I am. I would happily go here again if I need to seek professional hair care.
