The stylist was very punctual. She started on my hair on time and she finished within the timeframe she she said that she would. It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this place.

I had a 5:30pm appt and knew i would he there wayy past midnight. I was so suprised to be out the door before 10pm. Super please with my hair as well!

The Bald women was extremely rude for no reason. As soon as I walked in she’s glaring at me mad like I didn’t have appointment since last week. Then the lady made my 7yr old cry she was braiding it so tight and saying “oh you just act bad when your nom gets here”. and taking breaks the whole time and laughing om the phone being unprofessional and laughing ABOUT US while I’m sitting right there😳 the braiding was ok aside from the women tearing my daughters hair out brushing it so hard. It’s much more broken now then before we came.

They're the most rude and unprofessional salon I have ever visited. Also, don't get crochet braids there, they have no idea about invisible! I will never visit that place and wouldn't refer them to anyone I like. They don't even know how to come your hair out...from bottom to top..she was starting at the top and tried to rip my hair from the root...aweful for a beautician, all know ...bottom to root. They're very rude to black Americans in my opinion.

Absolute horrible atmosphere and rude. My sister took my mixed niece there and was told that my niece had bad hair just because it wasnt fully "black" hair. Then they turned down every style my sister showed them. Mind you these were pictures of my niece with her hair previously done, that my sister wanted to get in the same style. And then when they asked what race my niece was they made a face of disgust. My niece is Filipino/Mexican and half black. She's absolutely gorgeous. Im only giving this place one star because there's no option to give it none. I hope this place gets shut down.

I made a 10 o'clock appointment for my daughter a week before we went. The day of our appointment, we waited 4 hours for my daughter to get in a chair. Once we said we were leaving, they finally put her in a chair to start on her hair. I paid $180 for some braids that were only worth about $120. The square were big and the braids were too spaced out. I will not be going back.... EVER!

I’ve gone here on several occasions. The first time I went I did have to wait a little while but I was very pleased with my hair. The second time that I went I had someone immediately working on my hair. And last week when I went I did not have to wait and the owner Mimi did a fantastic job. Everyone loved my hair. I think that it is definitely worth giving a try and their prices are very reasonable. The styles that I have gotten have been very simple straight back braids. Although I have seen them do some really amazing work on the other ladies that have come in. They only except cash so please be prepared for your appointment with cash in hand, if not you can go to the ATM at the gas station on the corner.
