Booked a blowout with curls for today l while in town for the holiday. Jenna was my stylist and she was fantastic and very personable!! I have a ton of hair and it’s very long and she handled it so well! Can’t wait to come back while visiting the area again!

I contacted them multiple times attempting to make arrangements for myself and my bridal party. I was first told to email someone else that was in charge of weddings and she never responded so I then contacted the first person again who did not respond. When our venue had to change and I was going to come to the salon instead of having the stylists come to us I contacted them once again for the fourth time. I eventually did get a response however they never apologized for the terrible communication/customer service and were again asking about dates and such that I had previously provided multiple times. I was very disappointed because this looked like such a great place to go with a fun atmosphere and talented stylists/artists. We have went with someone else who had excellent customer service and responded in a timely manner and also listened.

First time experience at this blow bar. The hair scrub and wash was phenomenal, as far as styling goes, I wish I would have left wet and did it my self at home. I asked for big volume curls and my hair is very flat in the front and there is no curl. I did not like how they switched the girl who shampooing my hair with someone else when it came to styling.

Vicky did my hair, and OMG! I’m obsessed. Seriously the perfect way to start off my Saturday. She made sure my hair wasn’t too big (which I asked for as a fluffy curly haired girl) and it’s exactly like the photo I showed her if not better. Thank you so much!

You might be lucky and get a stylist who knows what they’re doing…. Or you might get someone who has no actual blow dry skills what so ever. I have tried this place at least 10 times with VERY mixed results. The best two stylists couldn’t figure out how to ever book with (Josh and Cassidy- both not sure work there anymore) I just need the owner to know , that it wasn’t the absolutely awful blowout I had Christmas Eve—((I have a picture and it was BAD)) but I gave you one last chance… I arrived for my appointment with wet hair, asking for a blow dry…they had sat me down, only to have the extremely rude girl with orange hair who works the front desk Come to tell me that they wouldn’t be able to blow dry my hair because I had booked a dry style. I understood my mistake however, it is only a 10 minute difference on the service chart. She told me there were too booked and not able to service me that day and sent me out the door with wet hair. I told her I would never be back. She felt the need to follow me out the door and pretty much starting an argument with me. Clearly there is no focus on customer service here. I have waited in your waiting room for longer than 10 minutes for my booked appointment. So this was the most frustrating part of it all. Perception is reality- not very friendly or accommodating, AT ALL. Promise you lost a customer for life.

Every week I get a fabulous blowout and scalp massage. All the girls are talented and sweet. The salon is beautiful and comfortable. Best in the bay for sure ! Repeat customer !

I wanted to have a great experience here, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The stylist was amazing. Did my hair perfectly and I left happy in that aspect. But when I went to checkout, Kayla one of the girls there informed me that Apple Pay/tap to pay wasn’t accepted. I clarified that this should be informed to clients and potential clients because that is unfortunately how most young adults pay nowadays. I did not have my actual debit card on me. She got an attitude with me stating that they’re just different and proceeded to argue with me for 5 minutes. I offered to pay through cashapp or Venmo even and they didn’t allow that either. I would understand if this was something that was mentioned ahead of time. But instead I was given “this has never been an issue in the past.” They lost me as a client because of the rudeness. Please tell clients, and potential clients ahead of time that Apple Pay is not accepted. Kayla was very smug and rudeC and honestly they need someone else at the front desk. Thank you.

This is my go to place for my blowouts. I have very thick and curly textured hair, and everytime I walk out of here my hair looks amazing! Quick, affordable, and come back every 2 weeks!

This is the best blow dry bar in town! Not only is the decor fun and lively, but all of the stylists are top notch and the management team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and pampered. And the “Sip” part is because they give you a complimentary drink of your choice: champagne, wine, sparkling water, tea, coffee, soda. What a great touch. I highly recommend Sip & Dry!

This place is awesome! We usually book an appointment for my wife to get her hair styled but tonight Sip & Dry held a daddy daughter event to teach braided pony, French braid, and curls! The staff was so patient and helpful with teaching techniques and giving tips to show us dads how to do these styles. This was perfect for me as I had no idea what I was doing. I have two young girls and now I can say my hairstyling options have expanded and the secret of the braid has been unlocked for me! Thanks for putting together this event, everyone was so helpful and this was so valuable for me!

If you’re looking for a place to go for a fun time with your girls..this is not the place. They advertise themselves as “Girl Gang” but that is not the experience we had. We were there to celebrate a Birthday, the receptionist was not friendly, we felt rushed and she was not welcoming at all, she rolled her eyes when someone would order a drink, and asked “ Are you staying?!” We wanted to take pictures on their swing that they have with our drinks. We all felt extremely uncomfortable and didn’t expect that type of treatment. Overall, don’t go with a group of girls to have a good time or celebrate your Birthday , you won’t get that special day treatment!

Ive been coming to this place for years. Unfortunately because of your customer service from Kayla with me this last go round talking down and being very smug like was very very unprofessional and unnecessary rude. You guys lost a long time customer definitely should think of getting a new person with the skills needed to do this job and offer top notch service. One by one you guys will lose long time customers like myself having these kinds of attitudes and being hung up on is crazy just because you didnt like what you were hearing .There are other places like coffee and blowouts that offer amazing TOP NOTCH services and make you feel amazing not rushed and bothered like I've felt here. Seems to care more about the money then the customer. Sad

This salon is perfect for a quick hairstyle in your busy week or a routine wash/dry. I enjoy the staff and atmosphere here. My daughter and I also love to visit together. The staff is friendly. They offer makeup, upstyles, conditioner treatment, hair wrapping, braids and more. The drinks are also a fun way to jazz up your time.

I book regular appointments here a couple times a month. As a new mom it’s such a nice treat to have nice hair all week long and not worry about styling it daily. When I get my hair done here, my style lasts an entire week. Each service is consistent and all stylists are so friendly! In my opinion, this is top tier self care 🩷❤️

I wanted to have a good experience because the salon itself is so cute! The only reason I am giving it two stars is because the front desk staff was sweet. The stylist I got assigned seemed like she was in a very bad mood and didn’t want to be there. She rushed through my service, didn’t speak to me the entire time and didn’t give me the style I wanted. As soon as I was done (way earlier than I was supposed to be with the style I didn’t want) she packed up her things and left for the day. You could tell the entire time that I was her last client of the day and she just wanted to be done with me. Very unfortunate because I feel like I wasted my money on something I could’ve done at home.

They are perpetually behind. The time slots don’t match ever regardless of whether you have short or long hair. I have very short hair above my shoulder and still took an hour… seems to be a recurring issue regardless of the day or stylist. Plan for longer but otherwise OK since there are no other blow dry bars in st pete.

This was my first time going to a blow dry bar so I didn’t have much to compare it to! However, the people there were very friendly and my hair looked better than it did when I arrived 😂 would recommend if you are feeling lazy and want someone else to do your hair. A wash and dry was $45

This was the worst experience, getting my hair and make up done for a wedding I have ever had the curls in my hair, fell out within an hour of getting them done the make up look disgusting no matter how many times I tried to get her to fix it, so I just had to leave there like that go home and redo my make up and it’s nice to know when they text to the next day to ask how things were and you let them know and they respond with OK thank you don’t waste your money going there. They change employees every few months so you get a good one one time and the Disgusting one the next and you can’t have that when you’re going somewhere important .

This was an awesome experience. We were getting family pictures done so we went to get our hair done. All the girls were so nice & friendly. My girls name was Vicky & she was awesome! I have long, thick hair & is not easy. And she made it look amazing! Def try it out!
