I was sorely disappointed with this place. I have been getting lymphatic drainage now for almost a year and a half. I’ve had several different ones in different locations across the US and I’ve never had one quite like this. First of all, I left with nearly same amount of pain in my leg when I got there, which should NEVER happen with lymph drainage. Even told her to add more pressure and she said she was going to use her technique. It’s a waste of my $150 I will not be returning.

I've had massages before, but they were always very generic and unfocused. This place was a whole different experience. I had Elitza as my massage therapist, and I have never felt such a level of empathy, comfort, and safety from a therapist. I'm a very anxious person, which is why I'm so tense, and even though I didn't know what I needed, I felt listened to. She was able to find the trouble spots and work them out. Kind and considerate the whole time. Today, I feel not only physically but mentally better, too. I will definitely be returning and suggesting this place to others. Five stars!

This is a wonderful, welcoming community of massage therapists. I am partial to thai massage- it makes me feel stronger and more aligned- try their thai! This is a great place for all types of massage. I am now a regular, and highly recommend to my friends.

If you wanna relax, definitely come here. I got the Swedish massage by Elitza Day, and she was friendly, professional, and she talked with me beforehand to make sure I would get what I needed. She offered eucalyptus to be put under the headrest so I could breathe better which was a nice plus. The staff was friendly as well, and the place is clean. If you get the Swedish, just make sure you schedule a time that doesn't mess with your sleep schedule because you will probably fall asleep like I did!

SO RELAXING. I've had back and hip flexor problems, and Lily A. was able to talk me through the relaxation, coaching me on when to breathe and keeping me relaxed. She's an excellent therapist, and very friendly! Will be going back <3

I have had 2 massages with Asher, and they have both been the best massages I have ever had! He focuses on all the areas that need worked on and has really helped alleviate my shoulder/neck tension. Can't wait to go back for my next!

I was having severe lower back pain and was able to book a same day appointment with Asher. He was able to find the sources of pain and alleviate the discomfort. I highly recommend a visit! Summer at the front dest was also very kind and welcoming. Overall a great first time visit!

I have received two massages from Asher and I could not recommend him more! I am someone who has always loved when I have the ability to get a massage because I often suffer from tension headaches and knots in my shoulders and neck. He is so great at what he does! Out of every person that has given me a massage in a professional setting he has been the best. His attention to how all of the muscles are interconnected and his ability to feel the areas that need the most work is impressive. I will be seeing him every 4 to 6 weeks as much as possible!!

I will start by saying that I never write reviews, but I just absolutely had to after getting a massage from Molly! I was anxious coming into my massage, but she made me feel more than comfortable to start out. She focused on my problem areas perfectly. The space is cute and the receptionist deserves a shout out because she was amazing on the phone and in person! I definitely will be back.

My husband and I came here for massages and it’s the best place I’ve ever gone to. The staff is so friendly, the masseuses are very professional, the rooms are relaxing, and the place is clean. We have already gone twice, can’t wait to go back again!! They offer a broad range of types of massages and work with you to see what massage therapist best fits your needs. I highly recommend this place!

I had the best experience here they were so welcoming, the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. Most importantly Elitza Day 🙌🏾 thank you so much‼️ I drive busses for work and have scoliosis and had a stroke November 2020 due to Covid so I have nerve damage. She was so attentive to what I needed. Thank you again I’ll be back soon!

My shoulders are a mess from work and I always leave here feeling like an actual difference was made. It’s in an office building and I was totally lost the first visit (enter on the east side of building and take your first right!), but they’ve done a great job creating a relaxing atmosphere and I’d follow Rachael G. to a haunted dumpster.

SO happy I found this place! I had been going to Practical Massage Therapy for years and when they closed I was so grateful to see the therapists started their own studio. Every therapist is fantastic, I always feel great no matter who I see. The new studio is in Green Hills which is a way better location and easy to get to with plenty of parking! I can't recommend this studio enough, there is something for everyone here

I've been coming regularly for a little while now and as a fellow massage therapist I'm glad to say I found my favorite space and therapist to turn my body and brain off. Rachael Decosta is a fabulous human and therapist. She knows exactly what I need - EVERY time.
