0/10 I highly don’t recommend this salon !!! I had horrible experience , They will mess up your hair & will not take accountability for the mistake!!! One of the new hairdresser put a patch in the middle of my head & tried covering it up !! The manager didn’t care to fix the problem or offer me a refund 😡

came here with my sister thinking this was the original simply hair, we ended staying because we were already there, big mistake. i was there to get a cut and style with layers, the layers are so choppy and doesn’t blend at all. i do not recommend this hair. salon

I'm very satisfied with my hair. This was my first time at the salon. I'm very picky about my hair but Eli did a great job. She took her time with my blow dry and flat iron and curls. I especially was happy she wasn't rough with blow drying my hair. She used the right amount of heat for my 4b/c hair. I relocated from Chicago so I know good hair stylist and Eli is definitely one. I will be back to see her❤️😘

This place is not the same or what it used to be. I’ve been coming here for4 years growing my hair which worked until recently. I am a black woman with 4c hair and I blame the new breakage of my hair on Raquel who started using a brush to brush out my hair WET HAIR. She got an attitude when I asked her to stop using the brush letting her know that African Americans do not use brushes in wet hair and she replied “it’s easier” WRONG THING TO SAY! Mind you she was rushing because she double booked! She always double booking now and the crazier part of it is that she DOES HER OWN HAIR WHILE U ARE WAITING ON HER TO DO YOURS LOL she gets an attitude when she can’t di her own hair lol. It’s laughable I swear. The owner Fior I wouldn’t recommend her because she literally rushes your hair and forgets her own appointments lol. Last week was my very last appointment.

Unprofessional, taxes whoever they want to on service!! owner tells you one thing but her workers lie to get you to spend more money. Workers here don’t understand that taxing on service is not a real thing.

Blowout and trim I love my hair! Ms Fi took her time was very gentle washing my hair and blow drying. Didn’t cut too much. And offered refreshments.

Burned my poor granddaughter scalp relaxed her and she had shampooed which open her scalp told her it was okay to get relaxer scalp burned badly made sores in her was bleeding o side of face burned badly she was miserable for 2week made sores in her head she suffered so much she tip her called and reported it to the did nothing to her 17 year did not take care of no more lost a paying terrible customer service did nothing to compensate her rating no stars terrible take advantage of children stay away money hungry sad noore business from us

I’ve been here twice and it’s been great. I originally popped in because I was desperate for a blowout and this place is a couple of minutes away from my job. The place I’ve been going to is quite a drive away as I live in Tampa and I decided to try someplace new. I am not disappointed. Everyone is so nice, and the second time I went, I got my hair colored. It looks so beautiful and I get a lot of compliments. I will definitely be trusting these ladies with my hair in the future. Thank you for the great work.

The worst customer service!!! As a professional in customer service I am just going to say this is a place where you do NOT WANT to ever schedule a reserve time appt. No repast on yo our time, no doubt of what work will be perform in you? Or who is to work on you? Dealing with these people was such a terrible experience. I am so against business that don’t know how to appreciate customers valuable time, and this is the reason why most of us have hard time to trust a Salon for individuals who have NO experience in customer service. I had scheduled my son at 4pm was never seen or taken care of due to lack of respecting schedule reserve time.
