I had a 60 min massage. If you want to pay over $100 to get rubbed with lotion this is your place. Zero personalization and even after requesting more pressure I still felt like the massage therapist was barely touching me. Extremely superficial massage. Will not go back.

Hair and makeup done here for my wedding and the staff is amazing!! Joanna and Priscilla did our hair and everyone loved them! Erin did our makeup flawlessly and it lasted the whole day. So thankful for the team here!

Booked hair appts and one makeup appt for me and my bridal party for my wedding. 5 weeks before my wedding the owner Lori emails me and informs me that she won’t be able to do to my wedding because the stylist “is no longer available”. ok, aren’t there other hair stylists? She advised me to call other salons to look for someone else to do my wedding. Based on what happened to me and the previous review, she doesn’t believe in requiring her stylists to actually fulfill the appts that clients book with them and she absolutely will cancel on your for your WEDDING. Avoid like the plague.

Crystal was absolutely amazing at knowing what kind of massage I needed. Great pressure and technique. I left feeling 100% refreshed and relaxed. Great music and wonderful atmosphere..I felt totally comfortable and at home. I’ll definitely be coming back. I found my new go to for massage. Thanks Darlene

I had booked my appointment to have hair and makeup done for myself and my bridal party five months in advance. Two days before my wedding they emailed to tell me that there was a staffing emergency (Covid) and they could no longer do any makeup for my wedding. They were not able to provide suggestions for anyone else to help us. This was incredibly disappointing and left us stressed and scrambling to come up with another solution. When we did go to get our hair done I was put in a chair that had no lighting. I was happy with how my hair looked at the end of the day though!

I've been trying to set up an appointment since 3:30pm on Thursday. The website says to text for the quickest response. At 7 later that day I received a response after a follow up text from myself I haven't heard back since 7:30 that same day. I've tried calling and sending multiple follow up texts with no response. I also noticed the pricing is much higher than every other establishment within 20 miles. I was still willing to spend the roughly $350 for the appointment but apparently I'm not worth the time of day. With terrible service like this just in the appointment process how can I trust the service will be any better once I'm there. Needless to say I scheduled my appointment elsewhere. ***Response*** You responded quicker to this review rating than my texts. I have the correct number, someone responded to my texts Thursday, I finally received a response Sunday morning after getting a response to my review I posted. Kind of upsetting I has to post a 1 star review in order to get a response 3 days later.

Absolutely the best spa. I drive 45 minutes just to come here because the staff, the prices, the service cannot be beat. Extremely clean, professional, and surprisingly great prices makes it worth the trip every time I come to simple indulgence. Great location, too! So many fun things to do around Sturbridge like brunch with the ladies makes this a perfect destination. The only thing is I wish that Publick House would push a little harder to get the town of Sturbridge to approve SIGNAGE for this wonderful spa. Thankfully the person you call/text to set up the appointment makes sure to give you extremely clear, helpful directions before you arrive. I got the deluxe Parrafin Wax French Pedicure (pictured below) and after 2 weeks my feet STILL feel soft and my nails are perfect. THANK YOU Simple Indulgence!

Excellent team of professionals, Sadie was simply spectacular and gave me the best massage I've ever had. I LOVE the fact that you can make this your "one & done" spot for all your spa needs. I booked a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure and they were able to accommodate ALL of it, and better yet their pricing is extremely competitive and 100% worth the quality of work. I live in Springfield and it's about 45 minutes from me, but absolutely worth the trip no matter where you are coming from! Thank you Indulgence Day Spa & Staff!!

I used this salon for my wedding and all of my ladies (and myself) were so happy with how natural the makeup looked and how the whole look of hair and makeup lasted perfectly for the whole wedding day! I also have sensitive skin and was relieved that none of the products irritated my skin! We also really appreciated the early start and the efficiency of the whole thing which kept us on schedule for the whole day. Thank you all so much for the work you do and the kindness with which you do it!

I was excited to take my 2 nieces,after all, what a great treat for them! I was disappointed. We bought the ultimate package yet didn't even get the standard service (no facials). The girls enjoyed it, however they both asked after leaving about the strawberry face masks that are advertised. Both loved their hairdos.

My sister and I spent a great day there being fully pampered! It so was relaxing. The services are all exceptional. We both had an amazing facial that my sister almost fell asleep during. The massage was perfect and we both ended up with beautiful manis and pedis. The atmosphere was clean, warm and inviting, we can't wait to go back!

The hand wax thing and pedicure were good the massage was not a hit with me but me wife's was great she said, that's why they got a 3. I don't plan on returning. I guess it just depends on who you get for the massage

My sister and I were looking for a place to do massages together and this place had availability so we went. Now we can't imagine going anywhere else! Not only was the massage heavenly (and hot stone pedis) but every single employee was SO nice, especially the mother-daughter owner duo. We can't wait to go back :)

I had Crystal for a 90minute deep tissue massage and oh my goodness! This was the absolute best massage I’ve ever had in my entire life! Her hands are gold! Definitely recommend booking with her! Cannot wait for my next appt with her!!!
