I picked this salon at random. I am so glad I did!! Everyone from the receptionist to the stylist were exceptional. Cydney was my stylist and she is amazing. She listened and delivered!! I love my hair and will be back to get it colored. Cydney had some great recommendations and I can’t wait to see the outcome. I would definitely recommend Signatures Salon and especially Cydney!!

Okay so. I usually don’t do anything for myself, and I usually don’t have to make a bad review whenever I actually do, but I went in for a Hair Trim. Barely got any cut off , and my eyebrows waxed. They charged me $55 which is outrageous!! I usually get my hair trimmed for 25 and eyebrows threaded and shaped for 12. Which always turn out so much better than it did from here. But I decided to try somewhere new, thought it would have turned out better for my maternity pictures on Saturday. But I don’t think the math is mathing🤔 I went to their website when I got home to check their prices and even if they charged me for a full haircut just for my trim it says $35. And eyebrows $10. So I’m not understanding where $55 came from pretty sure I got screwed somewhere. But definitely will not be coming back here! I will stick to my regulars. I could have got my hair actually cut, eyebrows threaded, shaped, and shaded in for this price! I guess I should have accepted the water to enjoy a $10 bottle of water🙄customer service was great tho. Just not worth the price for something so plain

DONT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE VERY TEXTURED/CURLY HAIR! they are very nice and is a clean environment. I thought bc it's a salon they should know what they are doing with peopls hair... I was wrong. I have very curly hair and I wanted a patch of blonde in my hair. keep in mind I did previously have box dye in it but they said they could take it out. it didn't even cross my mind that they would ruin my hair and my curls bc I thought hair salons knew how to do multiple hair types but not only did they go OVER AND OVER AND OVER again to try and get my red box dye out they also did it on my roots alot and it BURNED but I thought it was normal for it to burn bc it's like bleach but no. maybe if they would have did it once it could have been fine but no they did it multiple times. when I left the salon I had told them to leave my hair curly and natural and the blonde patch they did was a complete different hair type than the rest of my hair I came home did a hair mask and tried to fix it up. didn't work. all this was on Thursday August 8. today August 10 I'm js realizing that from the burns on my scalp , my scalp is scabbing with puss. and they never sectioned my hair back so all their hard work of striping out the red was for nothing my red hair bled into the blonde at the bottom and it is now pink. I'm so disappointed and sad I really wanted my hair to look cute for school but it's just so badly damaged and dry and idk what to do. I could have js took the risk of doing it at home and it could have been better but I trusted a salon for $105 and they did me dirty. CAN ANYONE HELP I really want my curls back and my hair is in NEED OF MOISTURE!

Syleena did so well with my color and highlights, I have curly textured hair. She went above and beyond to give me the result I wanted . Love my hair ❤️ salon is clean and you are greeted with a warm smile as soon as you walk in .

Me my girls have come to signature for a few years now. They are all very nice and the salon is very clean and organized. I have given 5 stars in the past but today's experience has me not wanting to go back. I called to make an appointment for my 16 year old and my 11 year old to both have a trim, highlights, and eyebrow waxing. I knew this was going to be an expensive trip but not $445 expensive. They charged my 16yo $35 for a woman's cut and my 11yo $50 for a woman's cut. When I asked why my 11 year old was so much more than my 16yo's, the front desk lady said it was because the stylist that did her hair was a specialist and had been there longer. Excuse me? I didn't book a specialist. I booked for a kids cut, highlight, and brows. Why did they place her with a specialist and not even run it by me before booking with her. I'm livid and will probably not be taking them back there. $50 for an 11yo trim. Would you be okay paying that much? I paid $200 for my 16 year old and $245 for my 11 year old.

The salon was very clean, organized, and nice. They offered us something to drink while we waited. However, Me and my boyfriend both make a appointment. One for 10:15 and the other for 12. We arrived 10 minutes early and they welcomed us and told us we can have a seat. Well it took them almost an hour after our appointment before they took my boyfriend back. It then took them a little while to do his hair. So by the time he was done it was within an hour of my appointment so we decided to wait. While my boyfriend was in the back getting his hair done he noticed there was two stylist. On with him and one with another doin highlights or something along those lines. Well 20 min before my appointment a wedding party walked in and was talking to the desk person about what they needed and they had a later appointment. When 12 came (my appointment time) they took the bride and left me waiting. So now both stylist have people and the other one was still working on the other woman's hair. So now that we waited about an hour after our first appointment, now they seemed to have given my time to this bride ( which I would have kindly given her if they just asked). Being in the salon for a little over 2 hours and them not even attempting to start on my I gave up and left. We still payed full price and they tried to have me pay for my appointment they are now late for so that was also nice. And they did acknowledge for my boyfriend's appointment they were very behind. So it wasn't a bad salon but I had a very bad personal experience with others may not also receive, however I will never be going back.

Catherine did a wonderful job on my hair. She gave great advice and was very knowledgeable. I absolutely love how it came out! Daisy shampooed and she was wonderful too! All around a great experience and highly recommend.

Alexis is an absolute magician with her work!! This is by far the BEST salon I’ve ever been to. From the wash, to the cut and styling, she took her time and made everything perfect.

I called just to schedule a basic haircut. The lady insisted that I give her a card number over the phone??? I told her I would just be paying cash when I went. And she told me I was not allowed to schedule without giving her my card number. After we got off the phone I thought about it and called back twice and they didn’t answer. I left a voicemail to ask if I could come and pay cash maybe before hand and was ignored. I took my business elsewhere.

I called the salon on a whim and was able to be helped so quickly by Alexis! All the upkeep tips and everything were a bonus plus the cold fresh water beverage in a mug was so sweet ♥️

I go to Signatures roughly every six weeks for a haircut. Kylie Guillory is my go-to and she’s a very skilled and experienced cosmetologist. She always does exactly what I want for my hair and she’s so nice, I absolutely love going to her. The salon is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this salon.

If you want consistency do not go here. I’ve been a few times. The first one was dicey at best. Second, great haircut, loved it. This third time…just horrendous. The worst haircut and style I’ve ever had in my life. I asked for layers and instead look like I have a mullet. The difference between the reference photo and what she did was laughably bad. I had to laugh to stop myself from crying. Half my head was curled like an 80’s figure skater and the other half was flat as pancake. My hair was drenched in product and felt greasy. As soon as I left I had to wash all the stuff out my hair and restyle it myself as I genuinely couldn’t leave the house with the mess this stylist left me in. They offered me another appt to fix it but never stated if this was for free. I’ve just had a baby, this was my first me time away to feel more like myself, now I have to either tie my hair up or wear a hat. So thanks for that.

Lindsey Nicole did a great job on my hair. I have very thick wavy/curly hair and I’m often not satisfied with my haircuts. First haircut I have liked since moving to Louisiana a year and a half ago. The stylist took a long time on my hair until I was satisfied. Drove an hour and a half from Fort Polk to have my hair done here and it was 100% worth the drive. I’ll be back, thanks so much!
