I have been going to Shine for nearly four years and have been to both Kim and Susanne. I have always been happy with my hair, and the service is outstanding. Everyone is kind and helpful, and the location is very convenient. I have tried several other salons prior to landing at Shine, and I can confidently say they are one of Nashville's very best.

Can not say enough good things about Shine! Such a beautiful salon too! I have known Susanne for over 10 years and she is as sweet as they come! If you want someone who truly cares about your hair while making you feel like your most confident self, Shine is definitely your best bet! :)

I really can't recommend Susanne and Shine highly enough. Susanne has been the only person to touch my hair (other than a stint living in California) for almost 20 years. She is perfection in every way. There is no one sweeter or more caring in the business. She listens to exactly what you need and delivers it every time. Her new salon is adorable and perfect too!

Susanne Shepherd aka the "Style Wizard" has been my stylist since 1998 which is pre-Shine era! She knew exactly how to transition me painlessly from a layered style to a bob. When I brought in pictures of styles I wanted, Susanne knew what would work and what would not work for my hair. Susanne always knows what is the best cut and color for my baby fine hair. She has never steered me wrong. Love Susanne and love the salon!

I'm another client of Jessica Mallum's at Shine and I followed her when she moved her business here. I've been a huge fan of Jessica's for about four years now - she does a wonderful job with color and my hair is what people I haven't seen in a long time comment on when they first see me. She's got a knack for blending the hair color with skin tones so that it looks natural and she keeps mine looking healthy and shiny. And best of all, when I ask her to very lightly trim the edges, she does... no unexpected short hair cuts!

Jessica M. is a MIRACLE WORKER with Hair! I've been with her for years and continue to get comments on my hair all the time. The color is amazing and she does a great job "transitioning" my hair from season to season.
