Went in around 1:30 and asked if they could get my daughter and I in @ 4 that day. They said yes and gave me a quote for what I wanted. We showed up @ 4 and were both seated immediately. Got a full acrylic set done by Tammy. She did exactly what I asked for and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. My daughter got gel nails (not sure of the name of this nail tech but she was so sweet to my girl). They turned out adorable! We will be back!

I’ve been coming here for many many years with my family. The service has always been wonderful and attentive. The ladies here are very kind and understanding and the atmosphere overall of the place is simply relaxing. Love getting pedicures done, they always do an exceptional job. :)

I come here monthly for a pedicure and always get good service. Never any complaint. Sometimes if you have an appt they may be behind due to walk ins. Prices a great as well! EDIT.. lied. I came here for gel manicure… literally peeled off the next day and went back they were so rude and laughed at me as if it was my fault it peeled off like a sticker.

I just wanted to say this is the last time I go to this salon ! My reasons are my husband and I just got off of work, and we headed here @ Shellac Nails & Spa at 6:30pm and went inside and they said “ can you come back another day and starting laughing and said they had to go party ! “ Also they aren’t even closed until 7:30pm that’s what the sign said on the door & on google ! Highly disappointed !! It’s the closest one by my house !!

Oh my goodness, I love it here! I got a mani-pedi (acrylic & gel), and I could have fallen asleep through the whole thing! The ladies are very nice and gentle and know exactly what they're doing. My nails turned out fantastic!

Waited over 40 minutes and finally left. Even had an appointment. Will probably find another place that honors their appointment times and doesn't take walk ins if they can't keep the appointments with people who take time to call ahead. Not happy about wasting over 40 minutes of my time. I understand 10-15 minutes of waiting but over 30 minutes is ridiculous.

I’ve been going to this salon for a year now, and my only good visit with great service was my first time. I loved the outcome and their service attitude. After that it all went downhill, their work got sloppy. I went to get a pedi today, and it was done so badly. Each nail is a different shape and the let me out when the nail polish wasn’t dried yet, one of the employees put my sandal back on and i felt my nails touching and scraping against it. I come home and realized the polish came off.

I have been come here for years. Last year they up their prices which wasn’t much. Then they upped them again when I came in this month. Which by the way I am a monthly customer. I always get a design. In the past I paid $36.00 for the deluxe pedicure and my design. Now they are telling me as I sit in chair and working on my feet that the cost will be $35.00 for the deluxe pedicure and $20.00 for design. I questioned the price in shock. Then the lady talked to another girl and then she said it will be $35.00 plus $15.00. I was still shocked. I turned to the owner and asked if this was right. The own looked at my example picture of what I wanted then talked to the lady that was working on my feet. The owner then said to me it will be the $35.00 and $10.00 for the design. I agreed but I am still a little confused by charging so much for the design. I wish I could up load the picture of my toe nails. I did blue tips (like white French tips) then on the big toe I had her do red white and blue lines like fireworks for the 4th. Can I say I am so confused. The prices being upped so high. The design is and has always been excepted with a pedicure. I am going to look for a different place.

I'm new in utah, this place was my third nail salon I tried (visited) and so far I'm sticking to this place!!! I went in for a fill and got exactly what I was expecting. Plus the staff are very friendly. And ny nail tech was commutative with me making sure I liked what she was doing. I dont actually leave reviews but im very satisfied with this place so I had to put it out there!!! Highly recommend!

Giving this place a two, because the lady who did my nails was nice! But very upset w/ her nail work.. & IT WAS JUST A FILL I NEEDED.. if you look closely I have lumps & scratches on my nails & fingers.. :( & So I hate looking up close lol But ya know what, you get what you pay for.. I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back.. but the ladies there are very nice & welcoming!

I am a regular customer and enjoy coming here often. They do great work and I have never had any of the issues that some of the other reviews indicate. Yes, they are hard to understand but once you get to know them it becomes easier. Also handling Covid procedures very well.
