I'm not too impressed with this place at first with the first person that cut my daughter's hair it was okay but now takes too long to get in an appointment not really worth the wait looking for somewhere else to take my daughter

Nicole has cut my hair several times. My wife has been a customer for a number of years and loves the service. I was tired for the franchise cutters and not being able to keep a stylist for any time. Nicole has her own business and is a talented stylist. I have my next appointment already scheduled.

Love this place and been getting my, and my family's hair, cut/styled here for many years! Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I get to just sit down and have a someone that already knows how to do my hair without my having to try and figure out how to explain it.

Nicole has done my hair for over 20 years and is the only person to ever cut my super-curly hair and not made me cry. She's great, the salon is super chill and I highly recommend!

Called thinking this was the same company that cuts children's hair. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and insulting. If you're going to steal the name of another haircut chain, you can't get upset if people call and are confused.

I have been having my haircut and highlights with Nicole for quite a few years! She is wonderful and does exactly what I always want! She is excellent and so kind! I have put off my hair appointment for quite a few months since the COVID-19! When I found out how much she does for safety and precaution, I felt comfortable in going! We have a family member who is very immune system compromised and I was needing to be ultra careful! They don’t allow anyone to sit in the waiting room! There’s two hairdressers on Nicole’’s side and in the day I was there, it was only Nicole and myself! She knew my situation and specifically arranged that for me! I did not even ask! She came out to get me with her mask on! They require masks for everyone’s safety! She had me sanitize my hands and took my temperature before coming in!! She cleans thoroughly before each customer! I was also very happy, because she could wash my hair and highlight, all while my mask was able to stay on! She wears her mask the entire time as well! This is long, but I wanted to encourage those who feel nervous about the hair salon setting, they can feel very peaceful with all that is done on the customers behalf and safety!

I Called to get information. I got a rude response from Nicole. When I asked her how much a hair cut cost she said, “we don’t take walk ins” very rudely. So, this place lost my business.

I have been taking my daughter here for a couple years before pictures. Every time for a bang trim and style it has been around $15. This time for a bang trim and a simple curl it was over $25. When asked about the steep price increase she stated I don’t make the prices. No explanation and such a price increase I will not be returning!

I just had a haircut with Payton today and she was amazing! Super nice, welcoming, and educational. I learned tips and tricks. What products are great to use. I’m so obsessed with my hair, and I’ve already received so many compliments. It’s only been a couple hours ya’ll! Thank you again Payton! I’m so in love with my hair. Also, sorry my head and body has a mind of its own! Lol. Xoxo.
