Had a great experience getting a hair styling trial for my wedding done here. Cassie did an amazing job. She quickly determined how my hair likes to be styled, in addition to matching the style to my wedding dress. We had a lovely conversation throughout the whole appointment. And my hair turned out better than I could have imagined it! Thank you so much, Cassie! Edit: make sure you follow up before she says to actually book you because I called 2 months out when she told me to and she said I can only do you (the bride), and I can't book my team only 2 months out for your bridesmaids. She was also a little short with me on this phone call, she said she was with a client but I felt like if it was an inconvenient time she could have just called me back later. In the end I had to book through another hair stylist for my wedding day. Slightly disappointed since my initial trial with her went so well and I thought everything was fine. Should have called again probably 4-6 months out.

Drive from Lexington every month for appointment. Met Sylvia while living in Downtown Louisville. If you can articulate what you want, her goal will always be a satisfied customer. She is owner, with years of experience. Recommend.

LET ME START BY SAYING ID GIVE ERICA A 0 STAR IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a salon. ERICA fried my entire head and allowed me to leave with tons of dye stained on my face, arms and clothing. I asked for layers and was left with a chopped up head. I would never recommend this place to my family or friends. Erica was the most unprofessional stylist I’ve ever dealt with. I told her during our session about my anxiety and why I hadn’t been to a salon in so long and she used that to her advantage and done bare minimum effort. I have a ton of breakage throughout my entire head . She refuses to make things right. I paid over $200 to have my hair ruined.

It’s unfortunate that I was turned away from getting my hair done stating specifically that it’s because I go to a specific bar. I personally think it’s very unprofessional. I don’t appreciate the hostility that was given to me when I was excited to get my hair done by a specific stylist of this establishment.

Just had my haircut with Classy and she was so fun to spend an hour with. Super friendly, funny, but most of all knowledgeable. She teaches as she works, so you understand the science of hair in a way that doesn’t feel like you’re being talked down to. She also swayed me from my idea, and tbh I’m glad she did, because I don’t really think I would have been happy if I had went with what I wanted, and she explained why it was a bad idea, from an unbiased and non-judgmental way. 10/10 will be going back to her!

This place rocks! They do a good job and seem to actually care about cutting your hair. I went to another place to get a cut in town and they seemed more focused on making a profit than actually doing a good job.

Absolutely loved my appointment with Classy Cline. I was super nervous since it was my first time ever having my hair dyed. Additionally, I have some anxiety and sensory issues. She was awesome about it. She answered all my questions and told me what, how, and why she was doing things each step of the process. My hair came out epic! I went from brunette to a rainbow gradient and it is awesome looking. Totally going back for my hair care going forward. Got a curly cut by 'classy' cline. Amazing cut. Fantastic price. And pretty little highlands home converted to a shop building. She listened to me. Provided feedback on what I was asking about and helped me pick out the perfect cut. Very happy and will be a regular customer

Had an appointment, waited an hour before I was in the chair. Went for highlights and style, took over 5 hours from appointment time until I finally got finished. Color isn't right and neither is the style even though I had pictures of what I wanted. Will never go there again.
