I have been seeing Paola for my lashes for a couple years now. I have seen one other lash artist (not at City Lash) and no one even comes close to Paola—she's a true artist! I've learned the difference between an artist like Paola and someone not as good is whether or not the lashes look like you have amazing natural lashes OR if they look like a strip lash. And I frequently have people asking what I do to keep my lashes so long—everyone is fooled by Paola's work. And the lashes used at City Lash are very high quality, which also means they are super light. You can't feel them at all. City Lash is about a 45 min drive for me with traffic but I happily stay loyal because they are THAT GOOD. I've had a few other services (like brows and facials) and they were also great. The whole team at City Lash is simply the best!

I have never been here before. I live in Gainesville Fl and I work at the at the Gainesville airport. However, this lovely lady Stacy came in and ordered 2 waters and her lashes looked so natural just how I like it. Even though she stated it's been 2 weeks. Good job girl and keep up the good work. I may need to come to Nashville lol

I have been conflicted about this review because I know how amazing she is and I selfishly just want her all to myself!!! I’ve been getting my eyelashes done religiously for probably about 2 years before I met Paola… I always thought I had a “retention issue” because my face was too oily or because I used eye cream or makeup… until Paola started doing my lashes. Before, I felt like I needed a fill after a week and a half( and after Paola does my lashes at week 3 (when I get mine filled now) I STILL FEEL LIKE MY LASHES ARE FULL AND HEALTHY!!! She never plucks an eyelash out (I’ve had people do that before in other places-OUCH) and they aren’t itchy or feel uncomfortable one bit. Also, she’s an all around amazing person and will be there to listen, let you nap, or talk about ANYTHING. If you want a forever lash girl that will ALWAYS give you the most long lasting and beautiful lashes - Paola is your girl. 🤍

Amazing first time experience with City Lash! I had eyelash extensions about 10 years ago, and my first set experience was a little rocky. Today, I'm back in the lash fam and my first set in years was seamless, painless and my lashes are so amazing!! I did quite a bit of research on local studios - comparing pricing, experience and reviews. City Lash was definetely at the top of the list!! Got eyelash lift + tint by Angilee and 100% recommend her (she does amazing facials too) I love the environment of the studio and everyone was incredibly kind. The service was perfect and my lashes look SO GOOD. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment!

I came here for my first ever lash lift with Angilee. She was extremely attentive, kind, and answered all my questions about the lash lift process and maintenance. I can't say enough great things about my experiences at City Lash. I started as just a neighboring business and now feel like an old friend of the City Lash team. I've had my lashes done for the last year by these ladies and they are more than accommodating with my extremely challenging schedule. The salon is well appointed, over the top clean, and comfortable. I leave feeling more confident with my appearance and excited after each visit. I’m a newer guest of City Lash, but I’m OBSESSED.! I’m a volume to mega volume girl. I had originally been at another Lash studio and the previous girl I was seeing was just not really delivering what I was asking for, I gave her a few months but decided to make a switch. I called City Lash and spoke with Grace. I told her what I was looking for and my overall end result and she recommended I see Paola. I love very fluffy, long, dark lashes and Paola delivers just that! Plus I’m having a great retention, much better then I had previously been having! I’m so thrilled that I found Paola, my lashes look amazing + she’s super sweet and fun to talk to!

Paola is an AMAZING lash artist! If you're looking for stunning, dramatic, and fluffy mega lashes she's your girl! I recently moved to Nashville meaning I had to find a new lash artist, and I saw 5 different lash artists across town trying to find someone that did full fluffy dramatic mega lashes. I have literally left other lash shops in town crying because I hated how they did my lashes. I have been wearing mega lashes for over 5 years now, so I knew what I wanted and how I loved my lashes. Paola totally understood what I wanted and my style. And I have to say, thanks to Paola, my lashes are on point now!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Recently discovered City Lash after seeing their name on the Nashville Scene website where the annual Reader’s Poll just named them “Best Lash Studio of 2020.” I’d been a customer of one of the “larger” lash studios, but continually felt they were mostly interested in getting me in and out, and on to their next client. I guess while paying ‘boutique’ prices I sort of hoped for a boutique experience — and that’s exactly what I’ve found at City Lash! First, the studio is both extremely clean and totally chic while my lash artist was a TOTAL perfectionist. Second, the extensions are very high-end (I just love all the compliments I’ve been getting on them!). And most importantly, I never felt rushed and appreciated how welcome everyone made me feel. And I love that the business is completely FEMALE OWNED & OPERATED!!

The staff at City Lash and Beauty made my day! I love my lashes but have had allergic reactions in the past at other salons. I explained my situation and they told me their protocols for sensitive eyes and offered to do a test to see how I tolerated their products. Complete success! I will be back. cannot recommend highly enough ♡ these artists listen to you and adjust and make sure you love your lashes. always professional and clean. i have tried many lashers good and bad and these babes are great, very talented from classic to mega and follow all lash best practices like only ever flying to one lash ♡ thanks babes!!!!
