Honestly, this place is the best. My face has NEVER looked better and not for nothing every person walking in and out of there looks phenomenal as well. They make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. Wish I found them sooner.

Taking care of my skin is completely new to me - I have been a sun worshipper since I was a kid and one day I woke up and realized the damage I have done to my face. On referral from a friend, we head into the Shaun Charles Med Spa and are treated like we have been friends forever. They explained everything to me - all of my options, what may help me most, what to expect during and after any procedure and provided complete follow up communication as well as “check-in” appointments to see your progress. Shaun and Jeff are the kindest, most honest and customer focused people you would want to give your business to! Again - this being all new to me - they have pretty much held my hand through the last 6 months and I could not recommend them enough. They also have staff who are just as friendly, customer focused and offer a ton of services, I am always grabbing a different brochure when I am there. 5 stars!

I found this gem through a friend. I live and own my business in Connecticut and I’m in the field of PMU/Microblading & SkinCare. Being a medically trained aesthetician and a BSN background I know the Ned spa industry well. I have been to so many places here for fillers and Botox. I went with my friend to her appointment @ Sean Charles med spa and was blown away by all the knowledge and the knowledge of things I never knew existed so I decided to see if he can correct my lips, something no other practitioner has ever been able to actually do. Well he did it PERFECTLY and within minutes. I’m going back in hunt for my birthday and can’t wait to see this artist preform his magic. I will drive the 2 hours no problem. He is the BEST!

I just had a Neogen treatment with Giselle and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was really anxious and she talked me through the whole procedure. My anxiety was completely relieved and we chatted about music (hey Giselle, we are doing a yacht rock night soon at the bar!) This is my second time seeing Giselle and my second time at the med spa. Both experiences were fantastic and far more personal than other spas I’ve visited. Jeff followed up with a phone call 5 days after my procedure which I very much appreciated. (Not to mention he has really cool boots) If you are looking for a med spa, look no further. I would give 10 stars if I could!

BEST med spa I have been to. Shaun is absolutely the very best injector I have ever been to.. his knowledge.. and my results 😍 Jeff is very attentive..always called me right back. I had to move my appointment around a few times and he was more than accommodating!! It is too soon to comment on my results but I want to leave a review of my experience. I made my appt. easily online. I had a 2.5 hour drive to the spa. I left with an additional hour to spare. On the drive there was a car accident shutting down all three lanes. I texted Jeff who called me and said that I could still come and they would move things around. WOW! When I got there Shaun was there and they made accommodations for me in a room due to medical condition I have. Charlene was the nurse who did my treatment. She was a sweetheart and very understanding. For 4 days after I texted Jeff photos and he gave me feedback. This is what I call service! Now, I cannot wait to see my results!

Love the energy, spiritS and honesty of Shaun's spa... I just started going and they made me feel like I known them for years. Best Spa in Massachusetts, hands down...even if your comfortable with your spa, just cheat once and TRUST, you will stay with the mistress.... They are very patient as well... because I am a pain...lol. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

I absolutely love the team here, everyone is always so welcoming and they have a beautiful space. Charlene is an absolute goddess and I’ve been seeing her for peels and Botox for over a year. She always does exactly what I need, and it always looks so good and natural after we are done. I don’t even feel like I need foundation anymore. She goes above and beyond in customer service and truly becomes a friend. Even if you’re not from the area, it’s worth the trip. Give Charlene a call and set up a meeting and let her take the wheel! I am a new client to Shaun. The office is beautiful, clean and convenient. Parking was so easy. Jeff, greeted me and made me feel comfortable in a room while I waited. Shaun is a master at what he does. Professional, expertised, and wants to achieve what is best for the client. He made recommendations for me that actually scaled back how much I was looking to get, based on the size of my face. Most places just want your money! Shaun truly cares and is super affordable for upscale, Newbury St.-like treatments/results! All of my friends are switching estheticians if they are not already a client!
