Michelle from the eastern location is always on point and I always see her tending to the gym whether it is cleaning or assisting walk-ins for memberships.

Decent small gym, Has everything you need to get the job done, gets routinely cleaned. However place lacks management, Weight scale hasn’t been fixed after a year, rusty equipment, vending machine doesn’t even offer anything. But like I said, it gets the job done those are just small side things.

I tried to join, there was no staff. I called, nobody called me back. They had hours posted on the door, but no staff was present. 1/10/22 update: they did call me back the week after the initial review. I am now a member.

So I've been going to Shape Fitness for a few years now. I've gone to the one in Tecumseh and I'm currently a member at the one in Midwest City. Recently I found that there was one right up the street from my job. Which is perfect, I can get off work and go straight to the gym. Unfortunately your membership does not follow you when you go to a different shape fitness. I spoke with the sleepy curly haired gentleman upfront who told me that it only works if the gyms have partnership. Which is kind of crazy to me. I guess I'll continue to drive out my way. But it might be a better practice to at least work something out with your fellow franchisees to allow other members the opportunity to use your facilities.

The attendant is very personable. The facility is small, but I like it that way. It's uber clean and well-maintained. I'm going to join.

Decent facility but since covid they cut their hours that they man their facility and make it extremely difficult to get ahold of to cancel your membership. I've been trying to cancel my membership for months. I've called numerous times, sent emails and even went there several times prior to my PCS. FINALLY got a hold of another branch to cancel and they want certified mail since I moved out of state. Not very military friendly.

Decided to go up to the gym with a buddy, both of us had active memberships, so i decided not to bring my key. it was unstaffed hours, but an employee was using the gym, and wouldn’t let me use the gym, after paying the expensive membership fees. Stupid policies and bad customer service.

I moved and this gym is too far. They won’t cancel your membership unless you move 25+ miles away. Plus most of the equipment isn’t always working. I have been trying to cancel this gym membership for months but I literally have to be dying, disabled or be 25 miles away from the gym to get out of the membership. By far the worst gym experience I have had.

I signed a 6 month contract. My contracted ended 12/2019. I signed a termination agreement as it was up come January 2020. I was charged in February and they are going to try to charge me for March. They are working under a name that is not theirs. Their license is not valid with the State of Oklahoma. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Go the extra mile and pay someone else. This was around the corner at the time and convenience was attractive. The AC quit working right after I signed up & the equipment is old and ripped. There is never any staff there when they are supposed to be. Just go somewhere else. The staff will not give out the owners name but I already found it. BE AWARE.

This is a clean gym that has plenty of free weights combined with mechanical and electronic weight and cardio machines. Private shower and bathroom with lockers. Everything you need to reach your exercise goals is right here. The 24 hour access allows me to workout with my crazy schedule and the tanning is always a treat at the end of a difficult day! Highly recommend!

Clean, but the equipment was changed out and isn't as good. Treadmills are noisy and there are only 2 elipticals that work. The new isn't plugged in.

Forget Gold’ Gym, 10 Gym, and Planet Fitness. Shape Fitness is where it’s at. The staff (Ben) is friendly, outgoing, and answers any fitness questions you have. I’ve been a member there for over 3 years now and I will never switch gyms.

Amazing gym that myself and Ted Kinney are regulars at. It is 24/7 which you can access at 4 am if you want to. Also, they have great rates and different locat ions around okc. When you get there ask for Ben he is the best worker there. He does a great job and also provides physical training at a great cost. If you never been to the gym and want to start off the year off right would highly recommend him due to his flexablity in hours.

I met Ben 5 months ago and signed up via with his help. I worked out individually for 4 months. He was always helpful, professional and kept the gym picked up and clean. I have seen him moping the floors many mornings. I took him as my personal trainer and he’s excellent— 3X week and he pushes me hard. He pays attention to my safety; I find Ben to be an honest person and very conscientious. He is a good gym manager.

I️ love this gym! It has all the free weights you need as well as tons of machines. The gym is always clean and organized. The manager, Ben, is very friendly and knowledgeable about diet and exercise plans. The best part about this gym is that it never gets crowded. I’ve never been when there were more than 6-7 other people working out.

Just started this gym 6 months ago. The gym is alwaya pristine. Always clean and organized, and the staff was soo friendly, helpful.. Ben the manager, has helped me train, diet plan. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is trying to impliment positive lifestyles. If you're looking for a trainer to old you acckintable and build your confidence Ben Nichols is your man. Best Gym I've ever signed in 25 years of working out.

My friend and I have been going to this gym for 6 months now and it is great. The staff (particularly Ben) is always very nice and the equipment is well maintained. The staff is also very good about keeping the gym as clean as it can be kept. It is also nice having access to the gym on holidays and early mornings.

One of the best gyms I've ever been to. It's never busy, always clean, friendly staff, great personal trainers, and most importantly they are one of the most affordable high quality gyms I've ever attended. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a gym that isn't loaded with meat heads screaming their heads off and people waiting to use machines. They also don't serve pizza. They promote weight loss and muscle growth. Not pizza.

This gym is the greatest. I love being able to go to a facility that's clean (all the time), and has such an inviting atmosphere! And the manager there, Ben, he's got some crazy knowledge about fitness routine and proper diets, he's there to help! I enjoy every time I'm there.

This is absolutely my favorite gym I have ever been a member at. This gym has every thing i need to meet my fitness goals. The staff keep it clean and maintain the equipment. My favorite thing about this gym is that it never gets to busy and the other members are so friendly. I highly recommend this gym for beginners and for those that are experienced lifters.

This is my favorite gym in the Okc metro area. Everything is always so clean, and they have more machines and free weights than most gyms I have visited. Sometimes at my old gym I would have to rotate with people due to lack of equipment, but I have never experienced that problem here. The manager, Ben, is always very professional and is more than willing to help and answer any questions I have. I would definitely recommend joining this gym if you are looking for a comfortable place to work out in a relaxed atmosphere.

This is the BEST gym I have ever attended. We love Ben as a trainer and the manager. He has been training me since October 2017 and I have seen great results. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. They gym itself is very clean and the equipment is in good shape. I would highly recommend this gym and Ben to everyone!
