My experience with Shanel has been wonderful. She know how to bring that old school saturday at the salon feel to an intimate setting. I look forward to our appointments. She's not just a hair stylist. She's a hair genius, guru, counselor, educator and so much more. I'm so glad I found this gem. She has healed my hair and my soul.

Shanel is amazing. My niece got crochet braids done & Shanel recommended her next appointment we do a deep conditioning & trim. She let me know how much needs to be trimmed, but she won’t trim it at she will do it small amounts, by small amounts over the course of a few appointments spread throughout a few weeks. I’m excited to book her next appointment.

I have been getting my haircut with Shanel for 8 years. She has taken me from long hair to short hair... I love the way she cuts and styles my hair. My family liked my hair so much that my husband, father-in-law, Grandson and Daughter all have had her cut and style their hair! .

I went to Shanel for a Brazilian Blowout this past weekend and I was beyond thrilled with my experience. She is very personable and welcoming, I felt comfortable with her the minute I sat down in the chair. Not only did she walk me through the steps of the treatment, she also went over the after care instructions to help maximize my style. My hair feels so healthy and has so much shine and bounce, I can't stop touching it and swinging it! I felt she really cares about the health of my hair but also about my satisfaction with my style. Shanel gauged my comfort with hair length before giving me a trim and that spoke volumes to her professionalism as a stylist. I am very happy I found her and will definitely be returning in the future. I can't wait for my next touch up! Thank you so much Shanel!

First let me start off with... I REFUSE to allow anyone to touch my hair unless it’s Shanel lol (I would go without if she was unavailable, so thankful she always find time to fit me into her schedule). She have been doing my hair for years and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love how she be giving me so much LIFE when she does my hair. (I cut up every time she’s done lol). I promise, if we were to ever move (either her or I) I would fly her to me or fly to her just to get my hair done. My hair have never been healthier so for that Shanel... I thank you! I love Shanel's vibes and energy! I booked an appointment literally last minute for the next morning and she accepted it right away! It's scary going to a hairstylist you never been to before, but her first impression immediately made me feel comfortable! She was honest about the process and before she even started, she told me what my hair can do for me than to promise me the hair I wanted and it not being exactly what I wanted in the end. Regardless of the honesty, she was still able to pull through with the color highlights I wanted and I feel like my hair looked EXACTLY what I wanted! Did this for my 4 year anniversary and my partner cannot get over me. Big thanks to AZ Hidden Secret! She's definitely my new stylist <3

Mrs. Shanel is one of the most professional people I’ve met in the hair business. I booked my appointment with her last minute (9:00a) and she confirmed it no later than a hour later. Brought in my 80y/o Mom who has limited mobility and Shanel had so much patience with her and was able to color & style my Mom’s hair exactly how she wanted it done.
