My stylist was Karlie Lopez, it was my first time going to her. My appointment was at 3pm, she took me at 3:30pm. I showed her a picture of the hair color i wanted. She said yes i can do that. She bleached my hair and the outcome was horrible. The top of my hair is orange, the bottom of my hair is yellow and the side of my hair is grey and silver. i have 3 different colors in my hair. I have never had this happen to me before. After i was done and told her i did not like it. She wanted to bleach it one more time, at this point my hair is dry and feels horrible. I said no because i did not want my hair to fall out. I cried. My hair looks like a disaster, and she still charged me after knowing my hair looks horrible. Here are the picture of what i have asked for and after.

Reviewing Maria kemp. She specializes in haircuts but will refer you if you need color done. She’s easy to book with online. She listens to what you need and delivers. Loved my haircut and have come back to her! She also has worked at the dry bar so her blow outs are awesome! Definitely recommend her and she is also reasonable! Hate paying 75+ dollars for a haircut am not happy with.

Book an appointment with Rylee!!! I just had a blowout with her and she is amazing. She listened to my request. I came in and I said I would love my hair to look like it is now but clean and refreshed, and she did exactly that. You will not be disappointed she did a phenomenal job. The salon is extremely clean and inviting.

I’ve been going to Vanessa for 5 plus years and she has NEVER disappointed me in fact when I think I’m gunna look odd she proves me wrong takes me out of my comfort zone with all of the 10 plus colors I have done in the past couple of years I feel even more beautiful each time she’s amazing and would recommend her to anybody!!!!!!

Erica is an amazing stylist! I had gone to her a couple of months back and she explained the whole process to me and left my hair looking better than what I even imagined. I recommend Erica to everyone, not only is she a great hairstylist but she has amazing customer service! I appreciate the amazing service and cannot wait for my next appointment 😁. Thank you Erica!

Tylie is incredible!! The entire staff is professional, talented in various techniques, friendly, and attentive to your needs. I love that depending on my day/mood I can put my headphones in and just relax while they do my hair or chat with everyone and they let me do whatever I’m feeling. It’s definitely a non judgmental zone which is so refreshing. I love that they can do extensions as well so I don’t need to find a new place if I want them in. I can in every time with a vision and Tylie sees it and makes it happen!! She also sets clear expectations on things that take time. She’s a friend to everyone ❤️ My hair always comes out a 10/10 and Tylie’s head massages are unmatched. My Mom also goes to her. Love this place!!

I keep forgetting to write this review and it has been months haha! Karlie Sue Lopez is the best there is. I stand by it. She always is extremely helpful and she gave me the perfect hair for my wedding. I have been going to her for over a year and I wont go anywhere else. She is the best of the best. Thank you for everything Karlie!

Karlie Sue Lopez is my stylist and is AMAZING! She's helped me so much on my extension journey and has helped me out a lot when it comes to knowledge, color, care etc. She's affordable, reliable, and SO sweet. I feel like I have a friend in the hair business. 10/10 would recommend

TERRIBLE customer service. I'm not sure if the owner even does hair herself and acted clueless when asking her questions nor will return your calls who totally relies on the past owner, Brook who handles things extremely immature. The hair that was put in wouldn't hold a curl, Brook said it was because it was the hot weather (this was last July) the weather?? Really. I've been doing extensions for ten years and their is hot weather here in Utah every summer and never heard of this issue nor had this issue. Ever. Then it it turned in to "product build up" (this was all at the same visit, fyi). The extensions were awful, they had a strange smell after I washed them. My friend from college has a high end salon on Vegas who has been doing extensions much much longer then Brook and who was here last fall in Utah and when I showed her my hair and told her about Brooks comments and how she text me very weird messages trying to play the martyr and turning the tables around (extremely manipulative) she said I it looked like I had a bad batch of hair and the owner should be willing to work with me for as long as I had been going to that salon and she was shocked when I showed her the thread of messages between Brook and I how unprofessional Brook behaved. The girl I went to (wont mention names), had put them all in fine but the front side pieces needed hair and I looked like I had the "shelf look". Brook charged me quite a bit to put in two little side pieces that didn't even match my hair and were much darker and then tried saying she gave me a great deal and did me a huge favor (she charged over $100 for two 2" 2" little pieces of extensions!) and said she was trying "to do me a favor and make me happy". The whole thing was just BAD. With the owner not taking any accountability for as long as I have been going there off and on for so long, the past owner Brook acting just crazy and unprofessional to the gal that had been doing my hair for six months that just wasn't consistent in her work whatsoever and would take forever to return a call to schedule and appointment for a move up. These kind of stylist just make your salon look bad! There ARE some good stylist here, in fact, I think most are. But it's the way the past owner Brook and the current owner handles things when things go wrong. Very nice until things don't go so right and then it goes down hill fast. Lets face it, extensions are a big investment, you need to know the salon is going to be professional when you've spent that much money. I would never recommend this salon. There's SO many other salons that are so much better in working with you and that will handle an issue much better.

I payed 200 dollars for my hair just to turn up not like the pictures I wanted a Carmel and blond tone and when she was done with my hair she said it would get lighter in a week for 1 my hair looks nothing like the picture for 2 if I payed 200 dollars for my hair you’d think id be able to get it touched up to how I wanted it sense we couldn’t get the color but I have people telling me you can’t even tell I dyed my hair FOR 200 😭

I've been using the LRA hair extensions on my clients for a few months now and the quality of the hair is incredible! I have not had one person complain and it lasts so much longer than other brands! Definitely 10/10 recommend using LRA hair extensions!!

Love my hairstylist. But the building definitely needs some work. Getting my hair done here made me feel like I couldn't breath because of all the fumes trapped inside. Just a really strong smell, it made my eyes burn a little.

Book with Kailee! She has been my hair goddess for almost 5 years now. Through my many hair transitions my hair had been beautiful and extremely healthy - with both color and extensions. The salon is spacious and clean and always has the product I need in stock.

Karlie Lopez does my hair, and she always makes sure to explain how to take care of the color, and how to make my hair better. She's always super nice and she does a really good job at cutting/coloring. My hair always looks/feels super soft and clean after she works with it. I'm always happy with the outcome.
