First time I’ve been so disappointed with this salon!! I went in, not as an appointment and waited for 45 minutes which I understood since I was a walk in. I showed a photo of what I wanted and told them gel on my real nails with ombré and he did acrylic instead of gel and I said I wanted just my ring finger in silver glitter only but he didn’t do that, he put the acrylic on the entire nail and did just the tip in glitter which is not what I wanted and you can’t hardly see it! He said it will be $50 and I said that’s fine! Then when he was filing them down, he kept filing in the same spot over and over to where it made my nails look weird! And he was so rough, my fingers were sore for 3 days!! Then when I got home, and looked at my bank account, it showed $68 was taken out which I don’t understand!! Did they tip themselves? How did it go to $50 to $68?????? Not happy at all!!

Salon was crowded and we sat in the massage chairs unattended for almost 20 min. before a nail tech was assigned each of us. I like that the salon was relatively quiet. The kind lady who performed my pedicure gave awesome foot massages…and my nerves didn’t even tickle.. Between the automatic massage chair, the foot soaking, and the pampering leg massage, the experience was quite refreshing. Please note: the proprietors prefer you to pay hard cold cash for services rendered. They will accept credit and debit cards, but they charge the customer a 3% fee to afford them that luxury. I was happy with my therapy session, and plan on returning soon. They could have done better on scheduling pedicures than they did. We did call to make a reservation, and still had to wait a while for a place.

I got a basic pedicure because I didn't have a lot of time. I was still charged $32!!! She did a great job painting my nails. I was pleased with the service, but not the price!

Will not go back. The tips the lady put on were too big for my actual nail. She continued to put extra glue on while holding the side of the nail onto my nail. I could see a gap between my nail and fake nail. She did not shape them enough because the end of my nail is really wide. My nails look horrible. I will be going to a different salon to have them fixed. Absolutely horrible experience and a waste of money.

I love Sexy Nails. I drive 1 hour and 10mins just to get my nails and toes done because of the environment and the experience. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and the services are always top tier. This time I got tips, sns, with gel design on almond shaped nails and a pedicure with gel polish. SO worth the money.

Me, my sister, and my 2 month old niece went to get our nails done today and it was a pretty big deal because my sister hasn’t done anything for herself since before she was pregnant and it’s just been really stressful, anyways my niece was screaming and crying half the time and half of the staff was helping feed her and walk her around and it was just honestly so amazing f and heartwarming. Whenever she started crying I was worried people would be bothered and upset, but instead, they were all so helping and loving. It was a truly great experience. Such kind people❤️

My appointment was at 530, I left at 730 (they close at 7 so I tipped him more than usual). He tried his best and all were very friendly. Overall, it was fun but my nails were snagging my hair the very same day. Below are my nails about 2 weeks old.

A little bit more work put into making my nails look great would have been appreciated I work hard and alot of times get my fingernails looking roughly and so I go get them painted to make them pretty again all he could say at the nail salon was your nails looking bad and he didn't make sure that all of the old polish was off and that they were looking great when he got finished so I really wasn't that happy this time and will go somewhere else next just to see it they will do a little better with a little more TLC maybe a change up will do me good

Extremely disappointed. The daughter Tina is extremely disrespectful after I asked her to get my nails fixed that they had messed up. She made a scene in front of customers. Super disgusting. Disrespectful! Told me “there was no refunds here”

My technician Mallory is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! She's the best!! I won't go to anyone else since I've gotten her the place is clean the people are friendly and the atmosphere is easy going couldn't ask for a better experience

The nails fall off within 2 weeks.. Frankly I think they just use cheap products. No matter how good of a job Big Tony does, if they don't stay on then it's kind of pointless.

Update: took my 2 year old daughter today and both got a pedicure. Decent service and pedicures. Local nail salon. Typically pretty decent. Not always the most sterile techniques practiced with nails. But very disappointed in pedicure. Spent extra and got higher pedicure than normal. The hot stones weren't close to hot. My nail polish didn't even cover my toes. Definitely not worth the $40+ I spent. Would not recommend.
