I didn’t even want to give one star! I have been going to the same lady SB for about 4 years now however, she is no longer there. The lady told me she was the manager, and every other employee was a niece of hers that she trained. I allowed her to do my eyebrows after she reassured me that she was the best in the shop. This lady did a horrible job on my brows. I like my brows square and full, she rounded them out and thinned them out, almost as if she did the exact opposite of everything I told her not to do!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Every time I go whoever does my eyebrows does not even take 1 minute to do them. My eyebrows always turn out bad bc they never take their time ! Today my and my friend went and the lady was just chatting and giggling on the phone with someone. She took max 3 minutes to do both our eyebrows.

I got my natural eyelash extensions on october 24 for my birthday. and i had them on for less than a month. i tried removing them myself because they were irritating my eyes like crazy. and it ended ripping half of my eyelashes out. i would not recommend to get any eyelash extensions here at all. i wish i could give 0 stars.

If I could have gave 0 I would have... I have never felt more disrespected in my life... I am blind in one eye and this was my first time wanting to get lashes done for my birthday and when they asked what I wanted and I told them lashes she looked back at the other employee speaking in their language and said eyelashes and started laughing... I will never return... Worst customer service I've ever experienced

My sister is blind in one eye due to domestic violence. It's her birthday, she has 6 kids and rarely gets to do anything for herself. She came to get her lashes done and these heartless, disrespectful women running the place straight laughed in her face as soon as she told them what she needed. Just thought people should know the kind of people they're supporting when they come here for their services. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. I hope karma catches up to you.

There is always a line and a wait. Only one person working. This location is under staffed. The strip lashes they sell don't cover your eye completely. The individuals are hit and miss. I do not recommend this location at this time.

Good customer service! The lady's are very sweet and will conversate with u while your there. I have only been twice to get eyebrows waxed. They've done a great job both times. Will definitely continue to give SEVA service. I highly recommend them.

I had got my lashes done on Thursday July 15,2021 and they were off July 17,2021. Went to go get them fixed and they refused to fix them. Poor service payed $20 for them to be off in a day.

They charge $25 for the same service that’s $61 at EWC. They are professional and quick. My waxing was painless (as possible) and my brows look great !! Very satisfied.

Have a wax of chin & under the nose, eyebrow shaping + brow dying. Always quick & almost painless. The brow dying takes 20 years off my face & the new formula is a perfect match to my natural color. Very happy there.

My last two visits,my lashes came off after a day. First time with minks another time Custer lashes, when I go to get a fix it they look at you crazy like you caused the problem.When you ask about pricing they responsed with a attitude. Never going back !
