I love there nail designs 😍 and I always get Nancy she does such a beautiful job. The young lady that cleans wow she stays on top of everything, GREAT JOB...I have been going to this salon for many years,and they always treat me with so much respect. I just love ms. Helen and Dannie they keep a very organized atmosphere..Big pat on the back..

Don’t go there they gave me a nail fungus. I was getting a regular pedicure and when I took the gel off I realized I had a nail fungus.

it took me two hours to get a french tip done, the lady made my nails different shapes and lengths and the french tip look's so sloppy

Never coming here again. I wanted a basic manicure and they made my cuticles bleed half way through the process. Not to mention after I told them it was an unpleasant experience they charged me $65 and ignored my complaint. They were very rude and did not acknowledge the incident at all. Not sure how they are still open.

I ask the lady to please not cut my toe nails too short and she proceeded to cut them way too short ! I asked her if she could Please file The corners round that didn’t happen either ! The polish is all over the side of my toes looks like a child painted my toes . Will not go back . Very disappointed for the $$ is cost these days you should be satisfied when you leave not regretting your salon choice .

They're awful at nails. I have been twice, the first time was quick and only $50, they fell off within a week. I tried them again yesterday, spent $80 on my nails for them to break within 24hr. Like seriously?? I will NOT be giving them anymore chances.

I came about 1 month ago and got a $75 pedicure and tete put sticky gel polish on my toes real thick I came back the following business day and explained to them that I didn’t like the sticky look so tete got an attitude started taking the color off and cut my skin on my toe I looked as if it was a mistake but she was really angry all because she didn’t know what she was doing and did a horrible job

I went to Serenity Nails to get a pedicure and eyebrow and chin wax. The pedicure and eyebrow was okay. As I was driving home, I still felt hair on and around my chin. I turned around and when back and explained that there was still hair on my chin. The woman who did the chin wax proceeded to wax my chin area again, while telling me she was doing it for no extra charge. I just paid for the service and gave a generous tip!! I used to go there for my nails when Jackson worked there. After he left, I was lucky to find Mia. When she also left, I would only go to get a pedicure. Now I won’t be going at all. My new nail salon is Sunshine Nails on Woodruff Rd.

Once arriving early to my scheduled appointment, I’m told my nail tech ViVi hasn’t arrived and to wait a minute. This is my 4th appointment with her and I had already notified her via social media that I had arrived. The receptionist then says she no longer works here. I give him a concerned look and he then tells me to wait. Another nail tech says she’s on vacation then another nail tech says she’s had an emergency come up. I’m lost. I attempt to contact her directly via social media and get a response that I no longer work there. I’m upset because why not let your regular clients know? What happened to Serenity nails contacting her appointments on the calendar? How come I couldn’t get the truth but spend my hard earned money willingly and tip!? Don’t recommend anyone waste their time booking appointments here!

They are very rude I took my daughter to get her nails polished and was told to go sit at someone’s station. I sat at the station for about 10 minutes and no one ever came to service us. I turned around to ask what was going on and seen that the person at the desk and another young lady were going back and forth about coming to polish my daughter’s nails. After sitting there for 10 minutes I noticed that other people had came in and were getting service while we were still waiting. I got up to leave and the person at the front was trying to send someone else over I told her it seemed to be a problem with getting someone to polish my daughters nails and I would take my money somewhere else. This was very unprofessional and I will no longer be spending money with them.

DO NOT GO ON SATURDAYS WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT!!!. I came in 10 minutes after opening and wait for over an hour and was still not seen. My water was so cold it felt like I put my foot in a mountain stream. I will not be back.

I loved it here. The best experience I’ve ever had of the nail salon. Vivi was very kind and very sweet. Made sure I was OK with everything never felt so at home at a place like this y’all should definitely come.

I wanted a island 🏝️ look and yes I got it. Serenity nails was so pleasant and patient with me. They found the perfect person for the task and Nathan did that‼️ Nathan is amazing, my nails is absolutely gorgeous‼️ Highly recommend Nathan.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done! The salon is so clean and the staff is very friendly.Vu (he's the greatest!). They really listen to what you want and give it to you.

Vivi does an amazing job! I was unsure of what I really wanted to do with my nails but she had suggestions and wasn’t pushy at all. I ended up going with one of her ideas and this set is by far one of my most favorite!
