Was not asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. It is not take your kid to work day. Went in to relax and was the opposite. Live in the area and Sadly will not go back.

This was the most unpleasant nail experience I have ever had. The man that did my nails was so rude.. never again They are u even and they didn’t clean up my cuticles at all..

Vanessa and April are AMAZING along with all the other staff. Clean, friendly, patient, and such a great place. I've been coming here for years and have tried so many nail salons till I found my place! Vanessa always knows I'm picking pink! They've got so many color options and my daughter also goes here and has recommend her school friends to go here because they love her nails, each design she brings into them is always right on! Will always recommend them to anyone.

I've been scheduling my partner's nail services here the last few times she's had them done. The customer service is good, as well as the actual nail work, but the paint jobs on her nails have been pretty sloppy. She's decided to find another place to go to from now on.

My reservation was lost at Kim's Nails in Mankato. They were rude . Saying that I called another store. We called Serenity and they took us. I was very pleased with the atmosphere and the technicians. I will be going back.

I brought my mom and 5 year old granddaughter to get nails done for 1st time. I had a pedicure and it was wonderful. My 5 year d granddaughter had a manicure and polish and turned out great. My 88 year old mom had a gel manicure and it is horrible in my opinion! There are gaps and cut her nails way to short. You can see where it was on thicker on some spots. Will not go again. At least I will make sure I don't have then do them. Very disappointed for $$$ I spent!

I love Serenity Nails! And all the ladies (and gentleman) that work there! They never disappoint. I've been going here for a few years now and my nails always turn out great. I get so many compliments on them! I also always look forward to the hilarious conversations between Vanessa, April and I! Highly recommend Serenity nails! -T.V. 😉

I was not impressed with this place. I was hoping my nails would look great and service would be great, but no. First the lady lied to me and told me that they had no openings, but then I booked online and they had openings, then the nail style that they advertised on there website, the lady could not do. So I ended up getting something very simple. I hated the way my acrylic was put on and I asked for dipped not acrylics. I even tipped the lady $10 to be nice. But, I would not go there again. You can, but I won’t.

Sadly, I’ve been coming here since 2019 and always get ombré nails done by Vanessa. I took a year break because every time I would get a full set my nails would break. Well tomorrow is my baby shower and I wanted to get an acrylic overlay on my natural nails to treat myself. I guess that’s a 65 dollar service even though my nails are already shaped. She did not follow the design I showed her a picture of which was a simple sunflower. She also painted the design on the wrong finger and it was already cured and I had already been in there long enough. My appointment was for 1pm and I didn’t end up leaving until almost 3:30. Not the serenity nails I use to know and love nor is the quality of work the same. My nails look rush, lumpy, and in what world is a natural nail style $65. My pedicure was great and looks great but sadly I will not be returning here again. I was once a repeat customer sad to see the quality of work and care for the client go down the drain. Then they have the nerve to over charge you. Very sad. $50 gel pedicure $65 acrylic natural nail overlay

Unsatisfied with both my gel manicure and gel pedicure. I’ve paid the same other places with much better results. I felt extremely rushed throughout the entire appointment.

Went in to have mani/pedi with a couple of girlfriends. Not one of the 3 of us were happy with results. Felt very rushed, gel manicure was starting to peel off within 3 days and now at 7 days I have finally just started taking all of it off as there isn’t one nail that hasn’t started peeling away. We gave it a shot to try a new place. Won’t be going back.

I LOVE how my nails turned out. Not only is the shape and length exactly what i wanted, BUT the nail tech did so amazing on my nails. Usually at other places they cut and hurt my nail bed and cuticles, but she did so amazing that it didn’t hurt at all. I’m so so happy with my experience, you guys just earned a lifelong customer ❤️ I forgot the name of my nail tech, I wish I knew because I will be specially asking for her!
