I found my place! Great experience. This is like barber shop meets nail spa. Great conversation with all the girls. I’m super excited and love my results. They’ve made a new customer for sure - I’ll be back! 🥰

I had a pedicure with Rachelle and I would highly recommend her services. I was fortunate enough to get a last minute hair cut & color with Tammy Harkins due to a no-show appointment. I am thoroughly impressed with her skills and will be returning to Serenity for future hair appointments!

I really liked the nail tech I had for my pedicure and I know she was having a bad morning, so I want to give the benefit of the doubt. But, I got a regular spa pedicure and I thought everything was fine, but once I got home I realized just how messed up my toes really were, really disappointed because I got gel and I can’t even take it off myself and paid a good amount for it too. Maybe I just got unlucky, but this was my first time going to this spa.

I wanted to get a simple mani pedi to give my nails a rest from gel. I think I was asked 3-4 times if I wanted to upgrade which I told them repeatedly no and that I understood. Then I had both my mani & pedi done in the pedicure chair which seemed odd and very rushed. I was very disappointed on how rushed and pushed I felt. I will not be returning.

Unfortunately I wouldn't waste your time getting your nails done here. They are very kind, but my gel peeled off three of my fingernails the next day. And they would not return my money. I hate to be that person but $60 for nail polish that peels off the following day, I'll be that person. Go somewhere else.

I personally did not get my service there however, my grandma was there on the 16th of December (her first language is Spanish, thus im vouching for her). She had regular manicure with no gel polish. She felt the polish was old and the lady who provided the service keep layering it. She showed her that the polish is fine and use acetone to correct the issue. It looked all goopy and terrible. She went back the next day and requested a redo, however denied her for a redo because she wanted a different nail polish. She will not return at all. Bad experience for a first time customer.

edit: 6/16/22 : I came in with my friend for our nails and Felicia and Rachelle did an amazing job, again. but my experience today was different in terms of environment.. the blonde white lady that does hair was making rude, racist remarks about hispanics saying “if you’re in a America, you should speak English”.. my friend and I both felt very uncomfortable so I confronted the woman and she replies “sorry, we just need help here”. if you need help, take that up with your boss. belittling an entire ethnicity is very unprofessional and displeasing to hear. being a customer, i wouldn’t recommend anybody to go here for their salon services. their nail techs though are very good at what they do and sweet. very friendly and personable staff.. Rachelle was fun to talk with while she did my pedicure & the other pretty chick with dreads (i should’ve asked her name) did my gel acrylics super quick. my nails turned out nice and i want to also add the salon is really clean and nicely decorated. will be back soon!

went here the evening of Saturday, October 15, 2022 for hard gel extensions. I called ahead to check it wasn't too late for me to come in and get a full set and they said it was ok to come in. By the time I was leaving, I saw the quality of my nails was not good, but I’m not the best at confrontation and held my concerns. I called them the next business morning to explain the situation and try to work with them on a reasonable solution. They offered a partial refund of $35 in cash only, but only if I drive back there. They remembered from our conversation from the day I was there that I live 3 hours away but did not try to be accommodating. $35 would not even cover the cost of the trip there. They told me the only thing I can do is to go in for a partial refund. I admit, it is on me for not saying something while I was there but I did not feel comfortable with the atmosphere created by the employees, one girl was making rude comments about other(s) the entire time I was there and I was trying to be grateful that they let me in near closing time. But they should not have left me with a $115 set that looks like this. This does not show integrity or professionalism. I did not want to come to media about this issue but I do not want others going through what I did, especially after I tried to resolve this issue with them and having them refuse to be accommodating whatsoever.
