I’d give them a million stars if I could. This place is absolutely beautiful. Lisa has truly created a gem for the citizens of Waterloo and surrounding areas to enjoy. Very clean, relaxing, and in a beautiful brand new building. I’ve been lucky enough to have experienced massages and facials there and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mariah the aesthetician is so knowledgeable and amazing at what she does. She pours her heart and soul into making every person she serves feel comfortable no matter what age, gender, skin type, etc. She is the sweetest person you’ll meet and so easy to talk to. Angela is amazing too and it’s literally the best massage I’ve ever had. Their product line is wonderful. I’ve loved everything I’ve used and cannot wait to try my new tinted sunscreen!

Love this place ! Very relaxing. I got a hydro facial from Mariah. My skin had been so dry for months! I couldn’t even wear makeup with confidence bc my skin soaked it up and would crackle on my face. My face looked awful. The hydro facial was great and I continued to see results even after a few days. I got some Hyaluronic Acid cream and have been using it as well which is amazing! I never thought anything with “acid” in it would hydrate but Mariah recommended it and I love it , it’s light , smells refreshing and hydrates! I have now been wearing my makeup with confidence and actually can stand to look in the mirror now and not just see dry skin. If you need help with your skin and are thinking about a facial I recommend Serenity 110%!!
