I’ve been to the spa for facials and massages and each treatment has been exceptional. Recently I signed up for their Wellness Plan and I could not be happier. Everything is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful with all my questions and gave great instructions for using the amenities (specifically the red light pod). Booking has also been very easy- most can be done online and if not, the staff is incredibly friendly and happy to help.

I've been a customer of Serenity Day Spa for 25 years and have never had a bad experience from the individuals providing the service. Joan is a fantastic nail technician, providing me with bi-weekly manicures and pedicures for many years. Polina is my massage therapist who I frequent every 3-4 weeks. My massages from Polina are the best I have experienced in my 40 years receiving massages. I value both Joan and Polina as members of the team that provide me with overall physical and mental wellness. Unfortunately, I have had some negative experiences with the front desk personnel over the past few months. Standing appointments I have had on the calendar have been erroneously cancelled by the front desk without notification or confirmation back to me. I did not learn of the cancellations until I attempted to confirm the appointment or show up for the appointment. Very unprofessional client experience and it doesn't seem to matter to the owner, which is disappointing. Have only had this negative front desk experience since the spa has been under the new, current owners.

I had an incredible experience with Polina for my prenatal massage! From start to finish, she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. Polina’s expertise and gentle technique were evident, and she focused on all the areas where I was experiencing tension. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing, and I left feeling rejuvenated and relieved. I highly recommend Polina to any expectant mother looking for a soothing and therapeutic massage. Truly a 5-star experience!

I was debating on leaving a review, my experience happened a year ago and I still feel uncomfortable about it. There was a miscommunication between me and the massage therapist. I went with the wrong person, they knew after a few minutes but didn’t correct it. My party told me afterwards I went with the wrong massage therapist and there was a great deal about it behind the scenes. I felt so embarrassed. I don’t get why they don’t get why they didn’t tell me or correct the mistake and instead found out through others that were with me. As I was leaving, the receptionist was being scolded by a man the worked there for making a mistake. Overall unprofessional and very uncomfortable.

Not at all what I expected from the exterior of the building. I had a most relaxing day and treatment at the spa. Samatha was wonderful and the ambiance is amazing!

My husband and I continuously have outstanding experiences. Always welcomed by lovely Liz who is so accommodating and kind. We have had massages with Olga and Maria who literally transformed how we felt after our treatment. Facials are by far superb. NADIIA has such a gift… you can tell she has such a passion for her craft. Techniques are amazing and my husband and I look forward to our monthly facials. Love Eden!!!!

In town for a family wedding and chose this spa online. I chose well - it is a great spa environment, had an amazing massage by Stephanie and they have the most courteous staff. Highly recommend!

This was my first massage at Serenity and it did not disappoint. Maria was my massage therapist and she did a phenomenal job with my muscle release massage! I left feeling relaxed. My muscles are still reaping the benefits days later relieved of tightness and tension. I’ll definitely be back.

I had Heather give me the Hawaiian Body Treatment and it was fantastic. Heather did such a great job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Loved the way my skin and face felt after. I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed yet another facial with Heather today. I was so stressed out this week and the service I received totally wiped that stress away. Heather does such a great job tailoring your skin care to your specific needs and always has great advice for home care. I love Serenity!

She truly cares about her clients & the outcome for their skin. She uses high quality products that help you reach your skincare goals & gives you so many options for the post-facial skincare. 10/10 recommend her for facials!

The facial, massage, manicure and pedicure services I received were excellent. I came with a party, and all Serenity staff were well timed, professional and pleasant. I have been to several spas in Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery counties. If I compare them all based on a combination of atmosphere, product selection, expertise of staff, hospitality, service menu, and pricing, this is the best yet. I plan on coming back solo and booking more upgraded services!

Everyone was welcoming. Michelle was very enjoyable to connect with. She listened to my questions and thoughts and gave helpful feedback. The samples were really nice so I can feel comfortable with purchasing future products. The facial was perfect for what I was needing. My face feels amazing. The environment felt welcoming and relaxing.

I had an appointment with Michelle, then a deep tissue massage with Maria. Michelle was very meticulous and did my brows perfectly. Maria did the best massage I've ever had - very firm pressure just like I requested! Im only sorry I didn't discover Serenity sooner!

The facility is very relaxing and clean. The staff was absolutely amazing and took great care of my mom who has a medical condition. And, the products were fantastic. We left feeling incredible and can't wait to go back! Can't speak more highly of this spa and the team there.
