I do not like posting bad reviews but this one really was a mixed experience but mostly bad. The few good things were that they were friendly, the room was nice, and my masseuse did a great job on just my back. That's it. Onto the bad. My 90 minute full body massage appointment was scheduled for 1pm, I arrive a few minutes early to be told along the lines of all the rooms are full right now. Want to do a combo massage or wait thirty minutes? Not the best first impression given you didn't give me a call beforehand to inform me of the delay, but no big deal, I opt to wait. 30 min later I get taken back to a nice room, and get ready for my massage. She comes in a few minutes later and begins. BUT, it truly sounds like she's got the hiccups or an issue swallowing. And she proceeds make this noise the entire duration of my appointment. I'm talking every 10-15 seconds. I cannot find a way to ignore it and relax. Okay, how do you ask somebody to stop hiccuping? I dont know. She spends what must be an hour on only my back and does a great job. I do want to emphasize this, it really was impressive how she got into my shoulders. The issue is that she lost all steam after that. No pressure going forward. And I asked for medium-firm and had asked for more pressure about 15 minutes in to the massage. I specified on the intake paper that my neck/shoulders, calves, and my arch of my feet and the outer side of my hands should be focused on. The calves and feet were barely touched, I'm talking not even 5 minutes per WHOLE leg and foot with absolutely NO pressure before she turned me upright and weakly began on my arms? Also, I specified not to touch my inner thighs and she spent more time on that area than on my calves. During the hands and arms she didn't touch the area of my hand specified at all. I have specific pain there and in the arches of my feet that I needed help with and did not get any. Why have the client specify preferences or areas that need extra attention and areas not to touch if they are disregarded entirely? When I went to check out, nobody asked me how my service was. I was just given the card reader with the tip screen right off the bat. Overall just not impressed on what was supposed to be a much needed treatment for my body.

I love this place. Always makes me feel better. They have a new girl. Her name is Jess. I’ve never had a massage like here. She listens and actually makes you feel better. I’m in so much pain and when she is done I feel lighter. She actually helps me. I hope she never leaves.

Absolutely lovely massage from Mike. I saw another review complaining about his English but we had no difficulties communicating. We were able to work our way through what I needed without issue. He was very respectful and kept checking in to make sure the pressure was good. I got a medium pressure massage and it felt plenty strong. I left feeling very relaxed. The hot stones were also great. Very excited to get a massage from him in the future. Just a wonderful experience and great place all around

Every time I’ve come here, I’ve had an amazing massage. This last time I had Jess and she was absolutely incredible. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming, and the establishment is always very clean.

I woke up with a stiff neck and could barely move. Thankfully, they were able to fit me in right away and scheduled me with Michael. Despite a slight language barrier, we were able to communicate my needs clearly. I prefer deep tissue, and Michael did an excellent job—he worked out all my knots. I’ll definitely be back!

Jess! Jess! Jess! She’s new, but she is Amazing! Literally, the BEST Massage I’ve ever had. I fell asleep multiple times. She is very kind, sweet, and has had 17 years of experience. You won’t regret it. Your muscles, body, soul, & mind will thank you for it 😌💕

Not sure how they got such high ratings. This was the worst massage experience I've had in my entire life. The room was hotter than a sauna.... The massage therapist was a tall Asian dude who didn't speak a lick of English and kept trying to put hot stones on me even though I was begging him for a fan. I had to leave halfway through the massage and they kept trying to make me speak into a phone translator. Please don't waste your time. You're better off with a foam roller at home than stepping foot in this place. **Update** business tried calling me by phone this morning and not professional enough to even leave voicemail. How hard is it to be an adult professional? Also I wanted to add your male massage therapist was trash. The weakest man ever. I've had old ladies massage harder and better than him. Now please leave me alone. Don't contact me again. A 1 star review means I want absolutely Nothing to do with you. Your lack of professionalism is alarming to say the least, and selling falsely advertised services is something the FTC and CFPB might be interested in looking into. Especially since you're taking card payments. Learn to run a proper business instead of conducting damage control whenever your business is running in a negligent way. It will help you avoid bad reviews moving forward.

This is the best massage place I have ever been to. They are super clean and decorated so warm and comfortable. Everything about the massage is thoughtfully detailed including warm table, hot stones as part of the massage, hot towel after oil, and not to mention the most wonderful massage therapists I have ever had. The staff is kind and professional and incredibly accommodating with any of your requests. I highly recommend going here if you want to be hooked.

Not quite your deep tissue massage place but decent massage. Got asked questions I could not understand and next thing you know they walk out and return and add oils and then hot rocks.

Lisa is very good therapist. I would give 5 star but Serene Manager requires that the door stays open. No privacy! I have never been to shop that does that.

First time getting a massage and was not disappointed!! The lady was on point did not even have to ask her to concentrate on the most difficult area… Definitely recommend Definitely will be a repeat customer!!! Well worth it! Not expensive

I visited Serene Massage earlier this summer with a friend and was not impressed unfortunately. My massage therapist didn't seem to have great techniques. She continuously used her forearm/elbow over very bony areas like the spine and hip bones. I understand this technique in softer areas, but over bony places it is uncomfortable. The pressure was pretty light. The sheets were never tucked tightly when I was uncovered. My feet were left uncovered multiple times when they were not being massaged. The therapist used hot stones, which felt nice, but she had to leave the room to go get them, which made the massage feel broken and the door was left open when she went back and forth. This is not appropriate when someone is undressed on the table. When I left, i walked by another room with the door open and could see someone else receiving a massage. All supplies needed should be in the room, so the therapist does not have to leave. My friend said she enjoyed her massage therapist, although he too left the room to get hot stones. The price was affordable, but unfortunately i would not recommend or return. I left feeling the same as when i walked in.

Massage was terrible. Therapist decided to dig her elbows into the small of my back for 20 minutes. Completely disregard my legs all together. Had to tell her more than twice not to dig her elbows in.

What a wonderful find! My husband and I had a couples massage in the same room, he had a regular massage and I had a pre-natal massage. The masseuses were lovely and skilled, checking in on pressure and the heat of the stones for the hot stone portion. I felt relaxed and very safe as a 32 weeks pregnant woman. The prices are very reasonable and they gave us bottles of water at the end, a very nice touch. I highly recommend Serene Massage 👍

Each time I visit, I am consistently pleased with the experience. The ambiance is exceptional, the receptionist is warm and hospitable, and the cleanliness is top-notch. While Angie is my preferred therapist, I have received exceptional massages from various therapists. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment!

I called and thankfully they had an opening for me on short notice. All of the staff were polite and courteous. I wanted a full body massage with a mixture of medium to deep tissue. My request were honored and I left feeling wonderful.

I went for a massage 9 days after giving birth and it was a really lovely experience. Lisa did a fantastic job focusing on the areas where I had pain and was holding tension. Afterward, I could tell my body had relaxed and I felt so much better. Thank you, Serene Massage!

This was my husband and I first time ever getting a massage. I was scared of what to expect and any pain that may come with it (hearing from others) This was the COMPLETE opposite! We have Cocoa and Mike and they were so kind and the massage made us feel like jello afterwards. We will definitely be back on a regular occasion!

Would not recommend I left with bruises on back and hands and the gentleman that was assigned to me today was way to rough and even would grab my arms and put and pull my arms behind my back will not return
