Everyone at the Seiff Center and Delaware Surgical Center were professional, attentive and answered any and all questions I had no matter how trivial the question. I would like to especially thank Kara, Daina, Barbara, Luanne, Josh, Mark (the plumber) and Jen for their kindness. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and much less apprehensive. My after care was thoughtful and even though it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and I’m sure everyone wanted to get home to start their holiday weekend, they all continued to make me their priority, which was greatly appreciated. Last but certainly not least, thank you Dr. Seiff for your patience and humor, combined with your knowledge and expertise and the genuine concern you have for your patients.

SEIFF Center is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I can say my experience from making my appointment by phone with Ashley who was outstanding and kind. My arrival to appointment was spectacular Ashley had compassion and empathy for my vision impairment and assisted me with forms. DR. SEIFF is the very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Took time to educate me on my procedure. He answered every question I had fully. I recommend the SEIFF Center to everyone.

Dr. Seiff is very thorough with his examine. He explains in detail what will happen during surgery. If insurance covers the procedure at the time of your visit. He gives you a price for out of pocket expenses if you would like to proceed also. His wait list is 9-12 months out. His staff is fine. You do have to wait in your car when you get to the office at times. Due to the fact that the office is tiny. They will call you in once seat is vacated. Parking is very limited at the Lewes De site. However there is parking in the rear of the building also.

I had not seen Dr Seiff since before the pandemic. His greeter at the Lewes office was very quick and precious in providing you information. However, I was not able to grasp what was being said because she spoke so fast. Not her fault -- I was a little slow that day. The staff was very thorough and I was appreciative to not have to drive to the Dover office. Dr Seiff provided me with specific information regarding a particular procedure and helped me understand the "good, the bad and the ugly" of the paperwork process and surgery details. Dr Seiff made me feel comfortable with his skills and knowledge.

In October of 2022 I went in for drooping eye lid surgery it is now February of 2023 I still have drooping eye lids and now I have SCARS on both of my lids the experience has completely shaken my confidence in Dr. Seiff so even if he would or could offer a second surgery I would never allow it to take place I made my concerns known VERY EARLY to Dr. Seiffs staff and Dr. Seiff as well no one took my concerns seriously. This was a Very painful experience both Mentally and physically If you zoom on the pictures I have provided you will see why I am COMPLETELY DISTRAUGHT I thought the scares would disappear but they *have not* I thought I would update this post it is now March 2024. NO CHANGE EVER TOOK PLACE

Kara provided great information during our pre-operative telephone call. She was so informative all my pre-determined questions were answered before I had a chance to ask them. Thanks much for a great experience. I look forward to the surgery.
