I have had gel pedicures here with Nick and have been very happy with the services and the professionalism. Today I took my 93 year old mother in-law and her 88 year old best friend here for pedicures. One is in a walker and the other in a motorized wheelchair so I wasn’t too sure how it would work to get up into the chairs. Nick and Dianne were very attentive and kind while providing excellent service and a bit of assistance for transferring. Thanks for giving two elderly ladies some pampering today! We’ll be back!

My nails were done very well and I loved them. Only wish the place was cleaner and more up to date as well as wish the workers wouldn’t talk to each other in their own language as they’re working with clients. It’s almost like they’re talking behind your back but literally right in front of you!

Had not had my nails done in years due to prior bad experiences - wish I had always had nail techs that were good like they are here at Secret Nails, I would have never stopped. They do a fantastic job here!

The service was amazing, Kim did a wonderful job on my nails. Myself and my granddaughter really enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely go again. They even had a little princess chair with massage for my granddaughter while she was getting her pedicure.

I got my nails done 5+ times at Secret Nails and they do a great job every time. I recommend Selena, she has done my nails a couple of times(counting the picture I posted) and she always makes sure that I like the length and color. They come out cute every time!

I have been coming here for years. I won’t be going back. The lady that did my pedicure rushed through everything. She didn’t even trim all my toenails. The massage part was so very fast. She rushed through the base & top coats (not doing a good job either) after putting on the color. I’ve never had such a rushed pedicure. She kept looking out the windows constantly. They weren’t that busy when I got there. I wasn’t even there that long. She rushed me just to get to the next customer when I had an appointment before the next customer did. I don’t know what happen to Secret Nails, it’s not the same as it used to be. The lady that did my nails clearly showed that she was more interested in looking out the windows and getting me out as fast as possible. All about the money and not good customer service.

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to secret nails and I’ve been happy both times. First was a pedicure. This time, I had acrylic tips (extensions) and dip. I wish I had a before pic! My nails were short- I could see my finger tips. I wanted them a little longer so they suggested the acrylic tips and then dip over top. Tina did them and she did great! $55

I purchased gift card for 200 and they always have an excuse to not get me in. I work thier business hours went in today for eyebrows and lip wax they couldn't squeeze me in. But they stopped work to sell me two gift certificates over Christmas

Me and 2 other friends went to get our nails done, and did not have the best experience. We made an appointment and still had to wait over 30 minutes. Not only were our nails not done neatly, one of us had to completely start over and her nails still didn’t turn out great. Will not be coming back. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Love my nails every time. Ann and Selena do an amazing job with nail detail and shaping. Tina give the most relaxing pedis I've ever had. Love secret nail!

Not very friendly. The person I had was friendly enough but the rest of them did not seem to be it seemed more like hurry up and give us the money. They are definitely not reinvesting money in the business the whole place needs to be touched up. For the prices that they charge one would think they were a brand new spa.
