Very nice! They do the design you want and bring your ideas to life! Will be coming back as much as I can! The prices are what you expect for getting nails done and I don't feel like they over charge which is really nice.

This is by far the BEST nail salon in Colorado Springs. I had the most amazing experience at Secret Beauty Nails and Spa – it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The salon itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing and luxurious environment. I opted for a manicure and eyebrow wax, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The nail technician took such care and attention to detail, ensuring that every nail was perfectly shaped and polished. The wide selection of colors and nail art options made it easy to choose something special, and I was blown away by the precision and creativity in the design. THIS IS WHY THIS PLACE IS MY GO TO NAIL SALON. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of customer service. The staff always makes me feel like a VIP throughout the entire experience. They checked in on my comfort regularly, listened attentively to my wacky visions for my nails and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. Also the eyebrow Arch using wax is CRAZZYY precise I HIGHLY RECOMMEND😱 I will definitely be returning to Secret Beauty Nails and Spafor all my future nail needs, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service and beautiful, long-lasting results. A five-star experience all around, definitely the spot for a high quality self care day!!

This is the hands down absolutely worst experience I have ever had in my life! For someone who gets their nails done often I can’t believe the absolute lack of experience this lady had. She started off by trying to start doing my nails while I was getting a pedicure (you could tell she was in a rush). I told her I’d like to do my mani and my pedi separately. My husband and I made appointments so there should have been no rush. You could tell there was attitude about the fact I didn’t want to do both at the same time. I think she’s the manager as well was the worst part of this whole experience. I started to get my nails done once my pedicure was done. They have no flip flops available. so I had to walk bare foot with wet toe nails to the chair. That’s was uncomfortable, the floor had obviously not been cleaned in a long time. She started to do my nails everything is okay at that point she starts to file before starting the full set and then she starts nicking my cuticles. She started to glue the nails and she glued them where they are facing up! I thought well maybe she knows something I don’t… she started to put on the acrylic and I noticed the nails was still pointing staring up. I asked her if she saw what I was talking about and she said yes and started to remove it. Then I pointed out the others where the same way. She fixed one and just decided to start filling the other nails to make it look flat. At this point I realized she was going to keep caking on acrylic instead of fixing the nails the right way. I asked her to just take them off. The acetone burned the cuts on my nails the whole time she was removing she kept cutting me with the file. This is the absolute worst experience of my life. One of her employees was sitting down the way with a lady and it seeemed like the best nail experience ever. I can’t believe someone in management could be so inexperienced in nails and caused this much damage on my nails. I definitely will be contacting a lawyer about the pain and rudeness I endured.

Absolutely the best place I have gone . So clean and warm and friendly. I am completely committed to the owner T. She has always made my nails gorgeous and perfect. The entire staff is so talented 😍 I have had several friends become loyal after my recommendation. 10 out of 5 stars

Ended up stopping here on the whim during a lunch hour, I now needless to say they're my go to every other Saturday 😂😂 they have great talent inside that shop, they're very nice and polite and did I mention great talent. Also today's our anniversary so we got a little gift to go, the packaging of this is super cute! And I definitely got what I asked for as far as design goes!

My sister and I both got the signature pedicure and they did such a wonderful job! Love how my toes look and feet feel. I really wanted to leave a review because I was SO happy to find my prescription sunglasses were waiting for me at the front desk when I came back 2 days later looking for them :) thank you!!

They did an excellent job on our nails. I asked for a wolf design and she was able to draw an amazing looking wolf. We will definitely go back and recommend them to other people.

I had the most wonderful time with T. She listened to me and created these beautiful nails for my graduation! I am very pleased on how they came out! I wanted something bright and fun and she delivered 🙌🏽 they also have the best pedicures ever! 10/10 recommend. Wonderful customer service

My husband and I had pedicures this morning at Secret Beauty. The salon is clean, quiet, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Nail techs Danny and Trish were outstanding. We will see them again in a month!

I used to go to the salon that was previously in this building and decided to go back now that it's changed hands. I am very pleasantly surprised. I was able to get an appointment on short notice. They were friendly. It was much cleaner than the old salon. And I loved the array of colors they had for a gel manicure. Much better than some other places. The gentleman who did my mani was meticulous about it and did a fabulous job. I'll definitely be back.

I’ve got twice so far. My gel pedicure still holding strong a month later. My first gel manicure grew out for three weeks instead of chipping off at some point. I asked for a simple design recently and he nailed it. I’ll keep coming back!

Wow!! Not only did they get us in the same-day, but they exceeded my expectations! Everyone there (Danny, Trish, & T) were super kind, helpful and patient. I was so relaxed while getting my pedicure and LOVED the atmosphere! Definitely will return! 10/10 recommend!

I was able to get in for a last minute pedicure appt on a Sunday. The place was super clean and tastefully decorated. All utensils were opened from individual bags. The pedicure was great and was a good price. I will be going back regularly.

They got me in right away.. service was top knoch! I had an issue with a big toe nail .. caused by my work boots.. Tressa brought out a dremal tool, spooked me at first but she skillfully filed it down to what it was supposed to look like.. and no pain.. I got the level 3 and it came with a wonderful lg and foot massage and hot wax foot bath.. my feet are still happy and I’m looking forward to my next visit in about 2 weeks.. Taking my wife with me next time..!!
