I have been going to scouts at different locations for about five years now and have yet to get a bad haircut. At this location Mrs Tracy has done wonders with my hair and I'm very appreciative.

Well, that’s what happens every time I go into Scouts Barbershop in Germantown and get to see Trinity. She provides a Tremendous haircut and really understands what look you are trying to achieve. But then Trinity goes the extra mile and just makes you feel “at home” and let’s you step away from the craziness of any day to relax and simply enjoy a great haircut and some awesome conversation. Oh, and after your haircut Trinity asks you if you want her to razor the back of your neck! The answer is always - YES! ! The warm shaving cream is the perfect ending to a very enjoyable haircut and 40 minutes or so! Trinity embodies true Southern hospitality so the next time you need a haircut from someone with a Beautiful personality who will put a smile on your face, go to Scouts Barbershop in Germantown and be sure you ask Trinity to cut your hair! 🤠 It will be one of the Best parts of your day!

Do not go here if you need a fade or beard trimmed/shaped. I've given this location a few tries and the most recent time managed to beat previous... go to Scouts in East or the Gulch for a better experience.

Good prices, clean location with lots of street parking. The person that did my hair didn’t have the best technique but was not that bad. I would still recommend it

I have been a monthly customer of Scout’s Germantown since they opened this location several years ago. Trinity has been my stylist for several months now and I couldn’t be happier. She is super personable, professional and consistently great. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a regular here now for a couple of years. My go to stylist is Trinity. She always consistently delivers the exact haircut that I ask for. She is also very quick and efficient too. Always a good experience. 10 out 10.

Scout's has been my go-to for years in Nashville and I've yet to have a bad cut. Today, however, Dallas gave me maybe the best cut I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend.

I never write reviews, but I came from out of town and got the best haircut I’ve gotten in years. Cimmarron was a great guy, cut an incredible mid fade, and it was obvious that he was passionate about his work. What a pleasure!

I have had my hair cut a number of times at different Scouts locations in the area. I've always been satisfied and sometimes even very satisfied but that all changed yesterday. I'm over the moon and completely thrilled with my new hair cut. Having bounced around between stylists, I saw that Cody had some good reviews and I desperately needed change. I had very long hair and I was very nervous about the change. Cody talked through options with me and listened when I explained to him what was important. He did a great job on the hair cut, the style, and he made me feel really comfortable and relaxed during the process. I think he's an outstanding and enjoyable person in general. Thank you, Cody! I will be back!

UPDATE: The manager, Jessca, went above and beyond to better my experience. She was very nice and helpful. She not only refunded me for my bad experience, but she asked me to come back, free of charge. THAT is customer service. Hands down, the worst haircut I have ever received. Heather Fulbright was my stylist. Heather completely ignored the direction I gave her for what I wanted. Every haircut I get at Scout's usually ends with the straight razor on the neck. I had to request this from her. She then scraped my neck extremely hard, leaving me with razor burn. My neck the day after is pictured below. Nearly every time I come to Scouts, it is a hit or miss experience. Usually with the lower tier stylists. Even with the lower tier stylist, I am still paying nearly $40 dollars for a haircut with tip and receive a below average haircut. Very disappointed and upset with my experience.

For years, I have been helping my boyfriend try to find a barber in Nashville that could give a good haircut and I finally found one at Scouts in Germantown! Luke is amazing and a very talented barber! My boyfriend said he loved that Luke actually listened to what he wanted and was extremely happy with his haircut…as was I. We will be back to see him and sending everyone his way!

The gentleman who used to cut my hair had moved out of state so I was in the market for a someone new. I did a little digging on Instagram and came across Julia’s page and saw that her drop fade haircuts looked good so thought I’d give her a try. She absolutely knocked it out of the park! Her technique is SOLID and clearly enjoys what she’s doing! She has and WILL continue to be my go to for my haircuts from now on! I’ve never seen anyone cut my drop “bald” fade style better than Julia! 💇🏻‍♂️ 😁👍🏻👍🏻
