I get laser treatment with Nancy, and she is FABULOUS. I am so happy with my results, and every time I come here, the facility is clean, the people are kind, and the treatments work. I also found their package pricing to be extremely fair and worth it. Don’t hesitate.

I have have several services with different people at Scottsdale Med Spa the last 2 years. I had a series of peels on my back, laser hair removal on my underarms and bikini, waxing, Sculptra, Botox, and Ultra Clear Laser on my face, neck, chest and abdomen. The spa is clean and beautifully remodeled and comfortable. The staff is exceptional, very professional, and achieves more natural looking results. I’m 8 weeks in on ultra clear I had done on my face and I can’t wait to see full results at 6 months since I already have less lines and tighter skin. Definitely recommend !

Nancy is wonderful. I’ve been going to her for laser hair removal and she’s made it so painless and effective that I’ve added more and more packages for other body parts! I’m thrilled with the results and can’t imagine going back to shaving and waxing! I highly recommend Nancy and Scottsdale Med Spa. They are very welcoming and have a beautiful space in the heart of old town.

This place is huge. One stop is all you need. My visit was intended for Laser hair removal with Nancy. It turns out that I’ll be getting spider vein treatment as well. Something that I’ve been wanting to do and I was very happy to know that one of the services they offer. The spa is very welcoming cozy and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. I recommend asking for specials because they almost always do have them. Looking forward to my next session.

This spa is incredible! I travel from Southern California every couple months to enjoy beauty and well-being treatments provided at Scottsdale Med Spa. Melissa has treated my face with a combination of Daxxify and fillers to help me naturally look my best. Nancy encouraged me to try Cool-Sculpting on my chin and oh my gosh! The results are fabulous but what was really incredible is how the whole team treated me with kindness and support…i actually had fun during my treatment. Maria the massage therapist! One 90 minute massage from her (you just have to do 90) and your body will feel transformed. I recently had my hips replaced and was struggling to fully recover. Maria’s first massage finished my recovery…no more limping or hip pain! I hope anyone living or visiting Scottsdale tries a service at Scottsdale Med Spa…i trust them with my face and body.

Karas work is phenomenal. I have received two facial treatments from her and everytime I leave her, my skin always feels so hydrated and clean. When discussing issues with my skin, Kara knows exactly how to make me feel heard and seen by always achieving my desired look after each appointment. Something I love about Kara is that she always communicates whats in each specific product that she uses on me and how It helps my desired facial goals. Getting facials done by her has changed my skin in the best of ways and I will always be a returning client of hers.

Hello someone needs to contact me you took money from Cherry and never gave me any sessions you need to give Cherry back their money and have them quit contacting me please and thank you I paid for what I got and do not want to pay for what I not only did not get but was damaged by what did happen I have pictures and a doctors report I also called and the girl who answered has no medical background to be giving advice that I was fine when I was left with huge bruises again I have pictures and never used the sessions but quit being harassed about money my mom died recently and this is too much when I have left messages I guess I will next have to drive down a a day off and ask in person at this point or will you just do the right thing????

Nancy is so wonderful. She made me feel so relaxed for my first microneedling appointment. She is so thorough and kind and made me feel so calm as this was my first time ever having something like this done. I’m so excited to see the results after my treatment is finished. I'm now finished with my 3 microneedling appointments with Nancy and just wanted to update my initial review. I can't say enough about how great Nancy is. I have seen significant improvement in my acne scars and I'm so grateful!

Nancy is the absolute best! I always do a ton of research when it comes to (ok, anything), but with so many options, places and practioners for laser hair removal, vein treatment and the like it can be a bit much to make a comfortable decision. Nancy is SUPER detail oriented on your treatments and makes you so comfortable as well. So far Ive had great results and plan on going back. The newly renovated space is also welcoming and stylish. 10/10 recommend.

As someone who errs a bit on the side of skepticism, I may not have done my treatment had it not been for Nancy’s welcoming persona and thorough knowledge of the work at hand. I asked how I could leave a review for Nancy after finishing my visit today. I have been seen Nancy for over 2 years now and each time I enjoy more and more. First, she loves what she does trust me you will be able to tell too, Nancy will remove all those naughty 😈 hairs that you do not even know they exist, but she will find them trust me 🧐 to top it off she is a caring person who always makes me feel better than I was prior my appointment. She is fun, sweet and super good at what she does. So I went into the office thinking this application would work for me... How wrong was l??? Extremely wrong. The tech I spoke with was very professional during my meeting and during the applications. They charged my credit card $599 ..this was for 5 red light therapy sessions and 4 shots if some type of weight loss medication. ... Well to no avail. I was ripped off. Flat out. Stay away from this place unless you just to show up and throw hundreds of dollars into their office... I told the technician that I felt ripped and she said well I can throw in some more therapy sessions for free... I said no thanks.. If you need a massage or botox then go see them but if your going there for weight loss like they advertised...then forget this place it's a RIP OFF.

Spectacular experience with an amazing staff. Modern, clean, and neat.Sophisticated environment. Had a full set of brown lashes applied to perfection. A hydrating facial with hand hydration incorporated into the experience was so delicate & peaceful. Can’t wait to return
