I’ve been going to SB now for a few years, and I see James (Jim) every time I go. I have a sedentary job sitting at a computer desk hunched over, and I tend to also hold all my stress in my shoulders. I like a deeper tissue type massage to work out the knots and James really does a great job. He is very professional as well!

First .. I LOVE SB! I came here for the first time in 2019 I think before I ever lived in Tampa. When I moved here I knew I had to make this my monthly go to. I’ve had my membership for a year and have never been disappointed! James has been doing my massages for the past year and honestly I won’t go to anyone else unless he’s off for the day. His massages are so thorough and relaxing but also addressing the areas of concern therapeutically and as trained. I always leave feeling so refreshed and like I actually got a massage which is key! 5 stars for his pressure too. I do the Swedish massage but ask for firm pressure and he is spot on. He will always adjust it how you like!!! He also remembers areas of concerns or areas to avoid which is nice to not have to remind Everytime. I appreciate his attentiveness and massages so much. Now to jenny .. MY GIRL!! Hands down the best person to ever do my facial. I book James and Jenny religiously. She is the most welcoming, kind person. She is very skilled and educated on skincare. She also does her best at informing and guiding me on best skin care practices. She always knows the right product combo to have my skin GLOWINGG when I leave! I almost hate to write a review for them both because I don’t want them to always be booked when I come lol! Seriously though, you won’t regret booking both Jenny and James!

I have been religiously going to SB Spa for over 2 years now and I am truly blown away every single time by the hospitality and the amazing quality of services they provide. I go there for massages, facials, and endomologie treatments and for someone who has really tried out so many spas…SB Spa is top tier at everything they do. My monthly massages are something I look forward to constantly, and their facials have completely transformed my skin. Bianca, the owner of SB Spa goes over and beyond for her customers, personally. I have never seen a spa owner who has put as much love and attention into every aspect the way that she does. Her entire staff is also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and just makes you feel like home. I truly cannot say enough incredibly things about this establishment and their staff. Do yourself a favor and book ANY service there, and you’ll see exactly what I am talking about.

I had a great personalized facial today with Jenny. She created a peaceful atmosphere and was very gentle so that I enjoyed the experience very much. I came in with a couple of blemishes and some dry spots and she knew exactly what treatment was best for my skin type. She's also very knowledgeable about the best products for all skin types. I left feeling refreshed and vibrant. I will definitely be back.

I recently had an Aerolase treatment at SB Spa, and I was fortunate to have Bianca as my esthetician. From the moment I arrived, the spa’s serene atmosphere put me at ease, and Bianca’s warm and professional demeanor made the experience even better. Bianca’s expertise with the Aerolase treatment was evident from the start. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and tailored the treatment to address them specifically and I must say, it was a truly rejuvenating experience. I could see the difference almost immediately. My skin felt smoother, looked brighter, and had a noticeable reduction in redness and overall improvement in my skin's texture. The Lymphatic Massage it was deeply and I felt the benefits almost immediately. For the facial my skin felt deeply hydrated, and noticeably brighter. Recommend the spa more than anything! From the massages and most especially the facials!! I struggle with consistent hormonal acne and tried many different places in Tampa Florida, this is the only med spa I was able to change that.

This spa is top notch. The staff are all friendly, and if you’re looking for a place to relax, this is the best place for it. I love the Gold membership. You get access to sauna, and you can choose which upgraded service you want each month. I always get a facial with Jenny, and she is truly the best. She cares about her clients, and she genuinely wants them to be able to feel confident in their skin. Her passion for helping others really shows. So slip on a robe and slippers and enjoy a glass of mimosa in the relaxation room because your new self care heaven is here!

Enjoyed an amazing facial with Alyssa! She started with offering me a mimosa and took her time learning exactly what my concerns were and what benefits I was looking for from my service. Alyssa used the most luxurious products, explained what she was doing and the benefits of each step. I was totally relaxed and glowing when finished. 10/10, best treatment! I highly recommend! 5 🌟!
