Been here 5 times. Each time a different person does our nails, yet the results are always exceptional. (We get pedicures, no polish) Friendly, prompt to serve us, and lovely atmosphere. We tried several places before settling on this nail salon. I love the leg and foot massage at the end of each pedicure. We would give them 6 stars if possible. The couple that does pedicures together, stays together. : )

Walked in for a pedicure. Chose the $61 option. When it was time to pay, they charged $76. Not sure what the extra $15 was for. Make sure you don't get ripped off.

I would give this place zero stars. The worst nail salon experience. The people here didn’t know how to do a simple French tip and they suggested I do acrylic despite having long enough nails which I did but then didn’t have the neutral color to actually do the base of the French tip! I had showed them a picture to make sure communication and expectation was clear but they didn’t understand at all.

The men in there do not know how to do nails. The water be cold in the foot tub. The men's can't shape the nail even to save their life.

i was super excited to try this place because it is right next to my job, but sadly all i got was disappointed. i asked for white chrome nails and got the opposite. they were see through and just now what i asked for. adding on all of the employees were not welcoming and after i told her that the towel she put on my hands was hot she continued to burn my hands after i told her to stop. i’m not one to go out of my way to leave a bad review but there was no way i couldn’t

Almost all four of us were disappointed. My guy cut my nails with like a u shape. Filing that out made them really really short. The lady that did my toes did gel nail and it covered my cuticle. The lady working on my mother in law cut her in two places. My daughters also got their nails done. The oldest said she was upset with how it he ruined the shape of her nails, cutting them square and painted them like you would expect it to look with white-out. Now my 6 year old was pleased. But left with her toes already messed up. 139 dollars later we are very upset with our choice to go there. Needless to say we will NOT go back and do not recommend this place to anyone! The 29$ pedicure is a joke , massage for literally 30 seconds per leg. Just say NO!! They do NOT speak good English and can’t translate what you’re asking for.

I wouldn’t recommend nobody go here I’m not the type too write a bad review on nails but every time I look at my nails I get mad , I went too go get my real nails done in when the jail paint come off my real nails come off with it too & too somebody too have real natural long nails would be mad in I’m very upset about it . Wouldn’t go back at all

My nail tech was very rude and did not even say hello to me, she just stared at me and told me to pick a color. I showed her a photo of what I would like done, and she seemed very aggravated that I was asking for help picking a color. I wanted a basic pinkish chrome over top of white nail polish. She made me dig through a big basket of chrome pallets to look for it . She was vey heavy handed and tore my skin up a lot around my cuticle. I really just felt like a burden here not a costumer. I just really would have liked for her to at least say hi to me and treat me like a client and not like a chore. I work in costumer service and would never treat someone like this. The place is very nice looking on the inside, and she shaped my nails good. I will never come back tho if I’m being honest I’ve been to many places and have never felt this way before.

This place is cute but would not recommend or ever come back. Very rude but that’s not even the problem. I’m sitting waiting for my toes to dry and I see this mouse run by. 😳 gross!! I have never in my life experienced this. I was a nail tech for 30 years and I can’t believe how the industry has become. Very sad!!

if i could give 0 stars i would 10/10 do not recommend. 2nd time being here and the attitude did not improve. I thought maybe the lady was having a bad day the first time but no. She burned, cut, and bent my finger every which way while her nails were digging into my fingers. For gel polish to be dry before i leave it was all under my nail .. she was rushing and got paint everywhere then tries to blame the customer (me) when she only had my hand in the light for 5 seconds so of course it’s going to run when you’re flipping my hand every other way. Lady did my toes with gel when i specifically asked for regular so guess who sat an additional hour … never again. bad service but want full price..

A very rushed experience. It’s not that my nails looked bad afterwards, but I did not get a “spa pedicure” or “manicure” that I came for. I think the total process was 20 minutes, and that’s being generous. I came for a relaxing experience, but it just felt rushed. Nice people here though.

Deceitful, manipulative and most don’t or don’t want you to know they speak English. This way all can be controlled by a few! It always cost significantly more than what I actually asked for. Would choose another location!!

I have gone to several nail salons before some were ok and some oh well. When I went to Sassy Nails Salon I was very impressed with the service and care that I am still there. I would recommend them to anyone. Just try them one time and you will not be sorry.

I was there today and I had part of my toe nail cut off. It was so painful since he had to keep cutting to get to the bottom. It was awful! I also saw the equipment they use is not sterilized and it is being reused. Now I have the risk of an infection. The owner said it was fine and just paint over the flesh! Unbelievable. Please do not go there unless you want to get sick ! They are dirty. Someone below my comment said they saw a mouse. These people should be shut down because they are going to give someone a major infection. They don’t sterilize their tools at all. I saw it !!!!

If I could give more stars I would. They were all so nice! Place is beautiful and peaceful. My time here after a bad experience at different place not related. I am new to Macon and my coworker told me come here! So glad she did. Amanda was amazing! Can't to come back with my daughter.
