Okay now my girl cici did her big one. I booked an appointment through text really easy and they were able to squeeze me in same day. I came in and the place was set up really Cute with a flower wall. I sat in cici chair and she listen to what I wanted and did exact that and more. She cut my hair without cutting off a bunch of length and gave me the exact layers I was asking for while. She was super sweet and was easy to talk to and she gave me a drank while I waited 10/10 experience will do again :)

i got my hair done by cici and i am obsessed with the outcome 🍒🫶🏼 she did such a great job at helping me transition from one color to another and always made sure to communicate with me through the process! loved the vibe all around. will definitely be back!

La verdad que nunca me desilusionan, Sarias me hizo una cirugía capilar despues de que en otro lugar me quemaran mi cabello con quimicos y ella me lo corto y hizo la cirugía y no hay lugar donde llegue y que no me digan algo sobre lo lindo que esta mi cabello muchas gracias 🫶

Love my experience service here was amazing Jackie did an amazing job with my hair that was damage and going through postpartum fallout, now it looks healthy and strong (one of the best Dominican blowout I have gotten since moving to the states). Karen did my nails and pedi and I loved it she did the best job ever and i have tried many nails salons before. Definitely will be back! Love it. I needed to edit this review because it has been two years and I still love this place!!! I added some pictures of my lashes by Cindy simply the best in Queen City! This is my favorite place one stop to get pampered ❤️

Unfortunately, this isn't a good review. Unprofessional customer service. I have many concerns with the customer service. I went to this salon for eyelash extensions. The technician was recommended by my hair stylist, I'll address this with her later. The salon is very cute, and I was impressed at first by the decor. Which I will give this rating 1 star due to the nice decor, well done! Being from NY/NJ area, I've had eyelash extensions done at many types of salons, fancy and not so fancy. However, I have NEVER experienced what I did on Saturday while getting my eyelashes done, The experience was far from relaxing. The music was loud, the technician was singing to the music, had conversations chatting with her colleague in the next booth about her ex, had casual conversations between the booth to her right and left. I speak a little Spanish and know what she was talking about it. Even the receptionist interrupted to discuss the holiday schedule Thanksgiving through Christmas, who's working, etc. and the technician acruelly ordered her lunch, literally talking over/ on top of me. She didn't even turn away while on the phone placing her lunch order. This conversation was literally over and on top of me. No soft whisper, but regular tone for all to hear. I couldn't believe even the staff were talking over me with complete disregard. Oh and yes, there was a bathroom break, that's understandable but could have been done between appointments. This service took longer than expected and impacted my dinner plans. I'm at their mercy, laying on a table with my eyes taped shut. How could I complain with only half of my lashes complete? At other salons, the atmosphere is calm and professional, with soft music and minimal quiet conversations. Here, it felt chaotic and disrespectful. I usually enjoy these appointments and even fall asleep, but this time was completely different. This was my first visit to this salon, and it will definitely be my last. Not the experience I was expecting. At the minimum, I would like to be refunded for the sub par experience, poor management, horrible customer service and blatant disrespect which makes $180 for lashes, a $5000 worth waste of my time and energy spent in such an uncomfortable environment. I welcome the opportunity to speak to the owner or manager. In the meantime, I'll be contacting Amex. Thank you.

I was turned away from services because I had my baby with me! I’ve never been treated this way and it saddens me that this industry is mainly ran by women and they have a no kids policy in the business! Most of us can’t afford childcare on top of the expensive services this salon offers. The owners should be ashamed of themselves!! Overpriced and rejecting clients …

I started coming to this salon for my lashes. Cindy never disappoints. She takes her time & does a perfect set every time! She has been my lash tech for a few years now. I would definitely recommend her if you want long lasting lashes.

First time visiting this salon and it was SO WORTH IT. Got a haircut with Cici and she did exactly what I wanted, a lot of layers and volume! Along with the haircut I got a hair mask and drink for free! 🙌🏾

El peor recorte que he recibido en mi vida parece que me recorte yo misma y con los ojos cerrados una le dije que no me recortara de largo y me recorto demasiado, encima de eso todo disparejo, un lado notablemente más largo que el otro y de lo largo en la parte de el medio le falta un pedazo pues tengo el medio mas corto y los lados mas largos. Horrible que uno quiera salir viéndose mejor y lo que te hagan sea una porquería. Jamas volvería y mucho menos la recomendaría. Ahora me tengo que arreglar este disparate y recortarme más cuando no quería mi pelo corto. Si tienen buenos reviews es por los otros servicios que ofrecen. Me fui con el cabello mojado por que no me lo quize secar con ella pero, el recorte estaba totalmente terminado siempre me he recortado el cabello en capas y se diferenciar lo que son capas y el cabello disparejo y mal cortado. Uno sabe por donde tiene el largo de el cabello y si le recortan una pulgada o no pero eso es lo de menos si el recorte tan siquiera hubiera sido un buen corte. Sin cita o con cita el servicio debería ser bueno y mas cuando para una mujer su cabello es muy importante. La única información que nesecito es verme el cabello mal cortado y lo mucho que me cortaron cuando haya le mostré hasta con el dedo lo que quería que me cortaran fui bien especifica que no terminará con el secado no cambia el corte tan terrible que ya me habían dado. Mi intención no es difamar a nadie esa fue mi experiencia y si mi experiencia puede salvarle el cabello a alguien la quería compartir para eso son los reviews si mi experiencia hubiera sido buena lo hubiera contado de esa manera. Las fotos hablan por si solas. The worst haircut of my life, it seems that I cut it myself and with my eyes closed, my hair is all uneven. I would never go to this salon, much less recommend it. If they have good reviews it’s because the other services that provide.I left with my hair wet but the haircut was completely done. With van appointment or without an appointment the service should’ve been good no one like bad haircuts.

Encantada con este lugar! Todo está súper limpio, la atención es increíble y aparte el servicio es otra cosa de otro planeta. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados. I got a haircut and color done by Jackie. She is sooo amazing. Literally the best in Charlotte. When she was waiting for the color to dry, she even made me a cup of tea and made sure I enjoyed the process. Definitely worth every penny! 🫶🏼

They made me look like a princess for my pakistani wedding. 100% worth what they're charging (even if it is a little high) to look like a princess as a bride. If you want a glow up, this is the place to be. Great job guys.
