Horrible never in my life will go back again and please nobody go they did me some knotless and they did horrible some braids are short some are long and not to mention the edges and how they was looking like I had them for months already when they finished.

DON'T GO..SAVE YOUR COINS! I don't know if the same woman still works there. She's a fair skinned African woman, don't know her name but she did a LOUSY job on my hair & she overcharged me! She's VERY rude & unprofessional, and refused to correct her mess up or at least try to work with me. She charged me $85 for only braiding HALF of my head!!👎👎

Beware! Do not waste your money here. The service requested was knotless braids. I was shown pictures of work that was not theirs. My braids were not knotless at all. I was charged more for length but half of my braids were mid back length and the others were longer. The braids were trash and were unraveling as days passed. I hope this helps someone not be robbed like I was.

Poor job please do go there waste your money. Didn’t have my braids in for a whole 2 weeks before they started falling out. Went back for them hags to fix the problem had the nerves to ask can I pay for the them to fix the problem. I think not you robbed me once not gonna be twice.

Very unprofessional my braids were not tight I don’t recommend talked on the phone in my ear the entire time she was a hour late and still didn’t start on my hair till 11 when my appointment was at 8 . I don’t recommend this service to anyone

So I called Sarah after being handed a card in a store a couple months ago and asked how much she wld charge me for a style because I have shaved sides and an undercut..she gave me a price and I said I wldnt have that until later in the week.... so we decided on 120$ for me to get the style today!! Worst experience ever!! She was 45 min late.... she talked on the phne in my ear THE ENTIRE TIME!..I was there 7 hrs and when I got up to leave she claims that what I paid her was not the agreed upon price!!! I wld never short someone on their money! She jus lost what could have been a loyal customer to her!! NEVER RETURNING AGAIN!! Yawl I suggest u go elsewhere...

Waited here for four hours and when I finally sat in her chair she didn’t know how to do the knotless box braids after I told her what I wanted before I decided to wait. They are very unprofessional and they talk about you like you aren’t even there. Wouldn’t recommend it.

When I arrived and spoke with them about my hair style they laughed. I thought that in this profession a stylist should be educated on various braiding styles. The stylist was oblivious to making a straight part with a comb. Very disappointed with my experience. Will never spend another dime with them. It's sad they lost a good paying customer.
