Even if you have a reservation. You still have to wait for 2 hours after entering. I don't know what the point of such a reservation is. Very bad place. Very dirty. People here don't know how to get a haircut. Never going back. Never recommend to anyone 👎

Sara is patient and friendly. She trimmed my hair carefully. Just recommend to make an appointment at least 2 days early, especially on holiday and weekend.

I went as a walk in yesterday for a hair cut. She told me to have a seat and the wait would be 30mins (which I had no problem with). When it was my turn she had me sit in the chair and as soon as she was about to start 2 other ladies walked in that had appointments with her. She stopped attending to me to talk to them and when one of that ladies asked her how long I would take she said, "oh she is just a trim, 5-7mins". I was confused because I told her I wanted a hair cut not a trim and I even shower her a picture. She told me next time to make an appointment and then she proceedEd to cut my hair. She was rushing through it and didn't even cut my hair the way I wanted. By this point I couldn't stay to get it fixed because she was rushing to get the other two ladies with appointments so I had called and asked if I could make an appointment for the next day because I was unsatisfied with my hair. Next day (today) my appointment was set for 11am. I came in and she was not there and the guy working there was confused as to why I was there. I said I had an appointment and he called her and had me talk to her on the phone. She said she had an emergency and would have to push my appointment back an hour and a half. At this point I was so frustrated because I had already paid her $40 plus $10 tip FOR A TRIM, not even for what I asked and on top of that pushing my appointment back without notice. I used to go here all the time because I loved how she did my hair, but I'm sad to say I will never be coming back.

Can’t express how satisfied I am here with their service, Sara is a fantastic hairstylist and the other two hairstylists are also friendly and hospitality. They do care of what I need, got a really great experience here! Will definitely come back ☺️❤️

For few years coming here,its my first time unhappy and disappointed☹️👎.dhe cut my hair too short,i told her just like an inch but she cut like 3 inches or longer!!!zarra sorry for my disappointment this time…

My wife got her hair color and she was really mad coz these 2 lady did her hair and they just grab her hair like didnt care..and paying too much not worth it.never ever go back again ..😡😡😡

I went to this Sara Salon to have a cut. When this lady finish I paid her what she asked me to pay. Then she asked me to pay 20% more. I tried to ask why I did not know. But she didn't let me talk. She told me to go very rude and bad attitude. I highly do not recommend this ugly place.

I called and couldn't hear the woman so I said hello again. She ( whoever) responded hello so I started to ask my question and got hung up on. I called again and she was rude, didn't apologize for hanging up on me, went "so what do you want"?. I told her I was pretty upset that I was just trying to make an appt and got hung up on so I'm going elsewhere. Edit. Called AGAIN and asked for manager. She said she's the owner. I told her I was pretty upset that I got hung up on. She went "okay". So I reiterated and she just went "so you make an appointment?". I said no and asked if I could speak to anyone else she hung up again. Horrible.

Went there to get a men's haircut and it was excellent! They were very welcoming when I arrived! I was seated and the haircut began. Little did I know they give the FULL TREATMENT! Hair was prepped, cut, shampooed, rinsed, cut again, shaved neck/sideburns, and then a final touch-up trimming! Best haircut I've gotten since living in the Aurora area!

Great prices and a terrific haircut. The stylist takes the time to do it well. I’ve tried a dozen other salons and I’ve finally found the one I feel comfortable going back to for another haircut.

The worst haircut ever! They told me is $20 for women, after cut, she told me $25! And she is worst than inexperienced Great Clip stylist! Do not go!
