I’ve been going to Sapphire for about two years now. Emi usually does my lashes and she is the sweetest and best lash tech I’ve ever had! . I switched to gel when they started offering it and I love it. Far less irritation than glue and it lasts far longer. The owner is lovely, as well. Colby came in to do my lashes on her day off when Emi was ill. She often stops by when Emi is doing my lashes to say hello. They have amazingly comfortable recliners and give you a heated blanket for extra comfort. I’ll be a forever customer.

I had a great experience with an anti-aging chocolate facial at Sapphire. The space was clean and organized, and the service was relaxing and professional. I felt more comfortable and confident in my skin after the treatment. Would highly recommend, I already have another facial booked!

I had never heard of sapphire until my stylist started working there and I wish now that I had never gone there. The owner is very unprofessional and downnright rude. The owner had seen my hair extensions on one occasion and made rude comments about my hair which resulted in me feeling humiliated. I never felt welcomed there by the owner but more less judged. After I would leave, the owner would makes comments about what me and my stylist talked about in private even requesting my pregnant stylist leave her door closed which resulted in a very hot suite. Needless to say my stylist is no longer working at sapphire due mostly in part to the mental abuse they endured in the short time they worked for this owner. The owner wasn't the only one who was emotionally damaging to my stylist. Several of the other employees at sapphire bullied my stylist resulting in her discontinuing her eyelash extensions practice and a very hostile work environment. Now that my stylist is on to bigger and better things I will never give my business to sapphire again nor would I recommend that run down place to anyone who wants to go somewhere for a pampering beautifying experience.

I had the most lovely experience with Anna. She is very polite and respectful whenever I see her. Anna always makes sure I am happy with my service. She is the only person who I trust with eyebrows. And she kills it every time! I would follow her anywhere she goes!!

I will start this review by sharing that I have been a client of Sapphire beauty for about 6 years now. Throughout this time I have been so beyond impressed with the services, products, and customer care I have received. Although I have received services from most stylists at Sapphire, Colby has been my go-to girl since 2018. She always puts her clients first, even if that means coming in on her day off to make sure you look fabulous for any special event you may have coming up. My lashes/brows always look stunning, but she never fails to make sure her clients love their service(s) before they leave. Often times she will reach out a few days after my appointment to make sure I’m still loving the way everything looks. There has only been 1-2 times in the last 6 years that I’ve wanted my eyelashes tweaked (I can be pretty picky lol). Colby got me in right away and free of charge to make sure everything was perfect. Another thing I love about this salon is that they genuinely care about the health and integrity of your lashes. I have seen a couple of horror stories about people leaving lash salons with damaged, broken, and short lashes. This has never been the case at Sapphire. Colby has always been abundantly honest about what my lashes can or cannot handle, which I appreciate SO MUCH. During COVID I had a break from having lash extensions. My natural lashes were actually healthier when I got them off, than before I had them at all!! I absolutely could not recommend a better place for all of your beauty necessities in the area (and trust me I’ve tried them all haha). The staff is so kind, positive, and welcoming. The salon is always kept clean, in tip-top shape, and is SO CUTE. Definitely worth a visit if you have not been here.. I promise you’ll want to keep coming back 🫶🏽

Sapphire has been amazing! My lashes last a MONTH! My eyebrow tattoo is 3 years old and still looks amazing. The lash girls are all very nice and very professional! I definitely recommend Sapphire every chance I get!

Sapphire is my go to place for anything esthetics!! Whenever I want to pamper myself, I go to see Colby and company. They have a great selection of services and products so I can always get just what I want. The whole staff is welcoming and professional and they make me feel special!

Love having my lashes done by Colby! She is highly professional and thorough. My lash retention is very good and Colby is careful to protect my lashes, while giving great volume. She is an expert and I enjoy our time together.

Can’t recommend Dillion enough! I follow him everywhere for hair, he always gives me exactly what I want! He’s been with my through my dark (almost black hair) to my Blonde and he kills it every time! He’s also just a fun time to be around, time flies by when he does my hair!! 💞

Emi does excellent work! The salon is welcoming, clean, and relaxing. This was my first time getting lash extensions, and I wanted a style that elevated my natural lashes. Emi had good photos of her previous work and went over my example photos I had found online. She was methodical and took great care to get each lash perfect. She even made sure they wouldn’t touch/brush against my glasses. I highly recommend her work!

I’ve been seeing Colby to have my lashes tinted for about 3 years, but recently started getting facials from her as well. WOW. Colby is such a skilled esthetician, cares about the products she is putting on your skin, & really focuses on your specific needs. Can’t recommend Sapphire enough!
