It was a good experience, they are flexible with your time as a client. The whole staff speaks Spanish and English, it was comforting and I would highly recommend. I will be going back for my maintenance!

Deciding to use Sapphire for my post op needs was the best choice I could have made! Yemiy, was my tech and she was wonderful , after her massages I felt great! She really did drain a lot of fluid … I looked even more snatched day by day with her massages… You should book them… 10 outta 10 I definitely recommend

Janay and Yustine are awesome. Yustine does the scheduling and she tries to accommodate you as best as possible. Janay does all my lymphatic massages and she really insure your safety and comfort. Every time I leave I noticed my waist getting smaller.

Luna is literally amazing!!!! She literally took care of 2 other family members prior to me going to her and we all had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend her to any and everyone. Not sure why there would be anything remotely negative about Luna as she is amazing and knowledgeable. The way I drain with her and her tips and tricks to continue draining/reduce swelling we’re great. She’s such a sweetheart who value your full hour!

My lymphatic drainage massage was not very helpful. I didn't know that the lady giving me my massage wouldn't speak English. She got a bit frustrated with me because I couldn't understand her. She didn't drain me and I felt just as bad leaving as I did when I arrived. She didn't address the swelling on my legs and arms. I had high hopes for this place. It was clean and neat looking.

Realmente no tengo nada negativo que decir el personal es muy eficiente, sobre todo la fisioterapeuta ,YANAY, su trabajo es impecable, atenta ella logra que esa hora de sufrimiento literalmente, sea la mejor hora del mundo ,provoca que el día que no vallas a masajes, la extrañes, si un día volviera hacerme alguna operación, no dudaría en volver a buscar su servicio, pero igualmente si no lo hago el día que vuelva a Miami, pasaría a saludar a todo el personal, MUCHAS GRACIAS POR TODO Y MUCHAS BENDICIONES

Received a massage from Deyanira, I would definitely not recommend them for post op it was very uncomfortable and extremely aggressive. I was literally in tears for an hour long I just wouldn’t recommend the experience was not comfortable or relieving at all she wasn’t bilingual as well so there was absolutely no communication or attempt to communicate. Just an hour of excruciating pain and silence

I had the best experience at Sapphire!!! I actually am very sad that I am at my last massage. The staff is super nice, customer service is a plus and can I say book your appointment with YVETTE!!! She is AMAZING, patient, caring, and absolutely great at what she does. I wish I could continue for ever taking these sessions with her. I absolutely recommend this place for your massages.

I traveled from Raleigh, NC for lipo, bbl. My massage therapist in miami on 5923 SW 8th St, Miami was the sweetest and does an amazing job with massages. I enjoyed every session with her as she was getting to know me and educating me about MLD. If anything happens within your schedule they are very accommodating and flexible with scheduling. Highly recommend! <3

OMG, Miss Isabel was AMAZING!! 😃🔥😍🔥🤗🔥😘💯🔥❤🔥 I was in town for BBL/Lipo 360 from Charlotte, NC, Did not know anything about any of this..... but I DO KNOW, Isabel, did a FANTASTIC job!! She really got the lumps out of my stomach, she was so good at her job...she did what needed to be done, she was nice, curtious, and funny as HECK 😅🤣 I really enjoyed our time together! I give Isabel 10 stars....she was waaayyy above 5 stars for sure! She traveled to me and kept me informed of when she would get to me....please see Isabel, she is hands down THE BEST!!😃💯❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤😍

WOW! Can I just share with ya'll how amazing this place is. As many of you might be experiencing the pains & aches along with mental trauma from post surgery healing.. This place has met my expectation above and beyond. From their prompt response and flexibility to appointments to the timely manner and punctuality day of appointment. I have been blessed with Yanay's wonderful healing hands. Its not only her expertee and profecialism that puts my mind and body at easy. I look forwards to seeing her each day and healing more and more with her help. This place has made me feel hope in customer relations / service. Whatever you do do not go here!!!! this place is extremely unprofessional they took my debit card for an appointment that I never went to and have charged me every month since then. Once they finally Contacted me they gave me the hardest time and still have not refunded me All the money. The owner Javier sounds like a scam artist because he refuses to give me my money without dealing with my husband. I'm disgusted the terrible way the owner treated and spoke to me with no respect.
