I booked an appointment with Melodee after reading the reviews as I thought it would be a nice, relaxing experience and I like to support small businesses. I was on time for the appointment and was told the aesthetician was almost there. I waited for about 25 minutes and she never showed so I left. The owner called to rebook, which I don’t trust after this experience.

Ronnie and Nikki have truly created a magical place and have exceeded my expectations for every service I have received over the years. From waxing to facials, they are the very best at what they do and I always walk away feeling beautiful and refreshed. Their space is beautifully designed, warm and welcoming and so are both of these lovely ladies. I whole heartedly recommend Santi for anything and everything.

I have been seeing Ronnie for about 15 years and was so excited when she opened her own practice, which is an amazing space. I have never met anyone more skilled at eyebrow shaping/waxing/henna. She is a true artist and also a wonderful, kind, and compassionate human being which is why her clients all adore her so much. I can’t speak highly enough of her!

Ronnie and her team have built an amazing, relaxing sanctuary! We recently had our girls night at the spa and it was perfect. The best pedicures we’ve ever had, amazing massage, and still the best waxing services in town!! Ronnie and her team are all so accommodating and service-oriented, you can really trust the team on any of your beauty needs. The space is perfect for groups and I highly recommend hosting your next girls night or get together there!

Just had my first Sole-ful pedicure with Jessica and it was fantastic! It was SO good, I was able to relax on election day 🤣 PLEASE DON'T let the outside of the building trick you, it's a beautiful spa with great, unique options to choose from. I have gone to Ronnie for about 20 years and cannot recommend her enough. I’m so thrilled that she has her own space now! It’s a beautiful space with good parking (mostly street) near Stanley Marketplace. Ronnie is so skilled with skin care, waxing, tinting… I originally started going to her because of her safe waxing practices and I stayed because of the wonderful person she is and how beautiful I feel after seeing her. Ronnie now has a protégé, Nikki, who is wonderful as well.
