I had a relaxing and safe prenatal massage by Natalya. She did a great job at making me feel relaxed and my back feels a lot better now. The atmosphere was very relaxing as well. I highly recommend going by her for a massage, or prenatal massage as not everyone is certified for that and you want to make sure you go by someone who knows what they are doing!

I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety for the last year but especially in the last few months and was in desperate need for some relaxation so I booked an appointment with Natalya on a whim and am so glad that I did. She was incredibly responsive and attentive and I was immediately immersed in tranquility the moment I stepped into her studio. I originally booked an hour session but ended up adding another half hour because I didn’t want to get up from the table. It was a wonderful experience and I’m already anticipating my next visit with her.

From the first text, Natalya responded so promptly. She was so knowledgeable about exactly what I needed. I was 1 day post-op from liposuction 360 and she scheduled be right away. She even fit me in on a Saturday and was right on time. She knew exactly how gentle to be and I left feeling 1000 times better than when I came. I was so skeptical about lymphatic massage after surgery and now I’m a full believer. She was able to drain a lot of fluid and relieve so much of my inflammation. Already scheduled my next massage and I can’t wait.

I went for a combination massage with targeted Lymphatic massage. My immediate relaxation occurred without delay. She massaged my face, neck, behind knees, hip all with intentional hand therapy. Natalya found crunches and kinks and knots and intentionally with different strokes worked to break them. The hot stones Natalya uses provides heat but also the weight of the stones along with the placement to told my mind and body to ground itself. I will be booking again but more time. I booked an hour and although it was very fruitful, recommend more time to maintain the brain’s relaxation and endorphins. 10/10 recommend. studio was safe and comfortable.

If you're thinking about booking a massage with Natalya, DO IT! You will not regret it. I was in desperate need of some self-care and Natalya made sure everything was perfect. I originally had booked a 1.5 hour massage and paraffin for hands and feet, but ended up asking for her 2-hour massage (yes it was that amazing). The ambiance was so relaxing and serene with the smell of relaxing essence in the room. The quality of the massage was top tier, hands down the best experience ever. Natalya's peaceful nature combined with her quality and skills are unmatched. You literally just melt into that bed! I walked out feeling so rejuvenated. She used the perfect amount of pressure and attention. Natalya went above and beyond to make sure I had the best treatment. I have already booked my next session and cannot wait! Been getting massages by her for 15 years, really great massages. Especially love the hot stones. And since I'm on my feet all day Parrafin for the feet really help. Would definitely recommend her services. Always feel so much better after.

I found Natalya through Yelp while searching for someone to do lymphatic massage, as I'm about a week and a half post-op from a minor liposuction procedure. After reading her glowing reviews, I decided to give her a shot. I texted her and received a response right away, and she was able to schedule me for a same-day appointment. From the moment I arrived, Natalya was professional and incredibly kind. I told her I was nervous since it was my first massage post-surgery, and I wasn't sure how painful it might be. Let me tell you--she put me at ease immediately. Once she started, I didn't feel any pain at all. She worked magic with her hands, focusing on the areas that needed the most attention. I walked in feeling tense and uncomfortable, but by the end of the session, I felt so much better--and this was only my first session! Natalya comes highly recommended on Yelp and she absolutely did not disappoint!! I am 40 weeks pregnant and finally decided to partake in a prenatal massage. She was extremely flexible and accommodating knowing I can deliver any day now. I had the best experience that set me up for a successful delivery. The services I had done was a 1 hour 10 min massage with paraffin treatment on my very swollen feet. I left Natalya feeling like I was floating on a cloud. She used arnica treatment which I was super appreciative of. I will be returning for a post natal massage with her.

I bought a gift certificate for my husband and learned 2 things. Natalya doesn't tell you up front that it expires in 6 month (please note that's illegal to sell gift certificates with an exp date in California, private individual or not) and that she does not offer her servies on the weekends. Had I known that, I never would have bought this. I tried several times to lock down a date with her however I was told that she was booked out. Keep in mind, we work during the week, we can't exactly take off work for a massage. I tried again to book an appt yesterday only to be told the same thing, she's booked. I asked her if it would be possible to go past the exp date by 1 day and book for Labor Day as my husband is off that day. No, she told me, rules are rules. OK, how about Natayla, you follow the rules. CA law states that what YOU are doing is illegal, no expiration dates on gift cards/certificates! Does not matter that you are private practitioner as you told me last night. Also, how about you provide the details of the fact that you do not have a studio, this is done out of your house. Or the fact that you told me specifically to "turn off purchase" option on Venmo. I should have seen that red flag, now I cannot dispute the charges. One would think that if the services are NEVER rendered, you, as an honest individual that you claim to be, would return my money as my husband never received the massage. Please everyone, keep this in mind should you pay for her services. Edit to add: With every bad review I have seen Natalya receive, she makes a point to call the person out or call them names. Whether it be accusing the person of being under the influence, being in a bad mood, not having enough money or by calling them unstable as she has done so with me, what really stands out is that she refuses to remedy the situation as most solid business owners will do. Why not give the money back when you have not completed the task? Why call them names and argue? It just shows her lack of intelligence and utter disregard for customers.

She was also quite clear about the issues I had with my back and what she intended to do. I drove all the way up from San Diego for her paraffn therapy, along with hot stones, and I have to tell you that there were issues she worked out that I didn't know that I had. My husband booked this massage as a surprise to me and it was absolutely amazing, the massage hurt so good! It was so relaxing but she really worked into my hard knots. Natalia, I unfortunately, did not have a good feeling about having to pay in advance for the massage. My mother unexpectedly passed away and I had to leave to Texas for her funeral service. I was not able to make my appointment, which was the last thing on my mind. When I contacted Natalia to inform her that I would not be able to make the appointment, she said there was a fee for the cancellation. To make a long story short, I asked her to keep the fee and is she can send me the balance, since I’m still in Texas. She told me, that the fee would be the full amount $185.00 for the 45 minutes. I’m very disappointed to say the least! I’ve heard of cancellation fees of 50%. I learned an expensive lesson!

1 and 1/2 weeks post surgery my doctor suggested lymphatic drainage massage twice a week. I found Natalya and I am so glad I did. Natalya is gentle and so knowledgeable. The results were immediate and I am feeling better already. I cannot wait for my next appointment.
