My experience with Sanctuary Salon has been nothing but excellent. Not only do they do amazing with your hair, but the hair stylist make you feel seen, heard, and known. I have always felt welcomed since the moment I came into this salon. They make the experience of getting your hair done a luxury. From offering snacks and beverages, to amazing head massages during the wash (everyone’s favorite part). I could not say enough good things about Sanctuary Salon. My hair continues to grow and stay healthy as a person who constantly gets highlights as the products they use are repairing and nourishing. They are extremely professional and communicate well with their clients. Everyone should consider this hair salon when looking for a place to get yours done!

I moved to Nashville recently and was nervous about finding a new stylist—and i am so lucky to have found sanctuary! Mady does my hair and she is incredible—she is truly an expert and knows how to help you decide what color it best for you and has done my hair PERFECTLY. Everyone is so kind in this salon, I’m sure all are wonderful and I highly recommend Mady—I love my hair!

Erin and her team are wonderful. She is so incredibly talented as a stylist. I have tons of hair and it was so heavy and not complimentary to my face. It had no real dimension or style. Erin gave me the best cut I’ve had in a decade and the color is perfect. I truly could not be happier and it has consistently looked fantastic for months. If you are looking for high end products, color and experience- Erin is your stylist.

Kate Meister is the BEST of the best. She takes such incredibly great care of me and always does the most fantastic job on my hair. Sanctuary is a clean, beautiful and welcoming environment and I am always so excited when I know I have an appointment coming up. I am from out of town and was having trouble finding a new salon/stylist when I moved to Nashville and when I stumbled across Sanctuary’s instagram I came in for a consultation and immediately knew I was in the right place. If you’re looking for a new salon, look no further. I’d recommend it to anyone!

I moved to Nashville two months ago and I was super worried about finding someone who could achieve my strawberry blonde color. Enter Erin the color wizard and you have magic! She is so lovely and made me feel so at ease. The color turned out amazing as did my haircut. Erin also did an amazing job with my Brazilian Blowout as well. Her assistant Maddy is super sweet too. The salon is just a great environment and nothing but positive vibes. I will follow Erin wherever she goes. I would give 100 out of 10 if I could!

LIZ is AMAZING!!! My hair was a mess, but Liz transformed it into what I wanted with highlights and lowlights. Couldn’t be any happier. I love price transparency and how thorough Liz was. Love my hair and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!

Erin is absolutely amazing. She is nothing short of a color wizard. I’ve been happy every single time and I will be a lifelong customer. I love the environment and energy in her salon. I recently visited Kate at Sanctuary and was absolutely blown away by the experience. Kate is a true artist when it comes to all things hair. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Her expertise is obvious in every cut, style, and especially with her lived in organic coloring. Kate takes the time to listen to what I want and offers her professional advice, which I greatly appreciate. She matched my color perfectly, enhancing my natural look with a beautiful, vibrant shade. The result was beyond my expectations! So naturally I recommend her to my other girlfriends who come to see her from out of state. The salon itself is clean, stylish, and comfortable, making for a relaxing environment. Kate’s attention to detail and passion for her craft shines through in her work. Kate is the best!

Erin has been making all of my blonde dreams come true for a little over a year now! I have been getting highlights for over 15 years and my hair has never been blonder or healthier. This is a testament to Erin’s talent and the high quality products she uses. My hair takes forever to do, so I’ve never enjoyed getting my hair done, but I always look forward to my appointments at Sanctuary Salon, as the space is so welcoming and Erin and her staff are so much fun to talk to. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kate! I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by her for the first time this week and am so happy with the results. She truly cares about what she does and it definitely shows. After a couple of not so great experiences with other stylists, I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness that she put into coloring and cutting my hair. I had a fun time getting to know her and look forward to having my hair done by her again in the future.
