As a male, I don't think they paid half of attention to detail and thouroness as if I were a woman. Had to keep pointing out things. Will not be returning for a pedicure or manicure. P.S. as a male, our wives like us to keep a nice pedicure and manicure as well, so for your next male guest, just don't rush through us. Because if you do good, we will become faithful clients....

Charged more than what was listed on price board. Then man argued with customer so therefore customer service sucked. Will never go there again or recommend them.

Horrible customer service. Asked for dip and got a full set which is fine until they charged me $20 extra for dip. Then when I explained that I do nails the nail tech tried to argue with me about him doing nails longer so he knows more then me when iv done nails for 7 years. Also the amount of buildup acrylic under my nails is horrible.

Got a basic dip powder without a manicure and charged me $65 (without tip). Half way through doing my nails she leaves to start doing another customers pedicure (without gloves) and then comes back to finish my nails without washing her hands. Ridiculous prices and customer service.

They do a good job but be aware they are extremely expensive. I had only my natural nails paired with gel polish and it was $45 not including tip. Wow! I won’t go back.

My 1st visit was great. The owner was pleasant and I was very happy with my nails, which is why I went back the second time. 2nd visit I got a simple refill with gel polish and polish change on my toes. Their signage shows $45 for the refill and $30 for the toes. Well, to my surprise the young lady with the blonde hair charged me $91. When I asked why she said because my nails are long, which they are not but that’s besides the point. When I explained to her that I was not advised of a charge for length, she said that I should know that… I asked how would I know if I was not advised- so for future reference I suggest they add that information on the price list so customers would know. She continued with I should know the price and then a young man came to reiterate that if I did t like it I could go somewhere else… Never once did I say I wasn’t paying because I had already provided my credit card… But even another customer came to me and advised she totally agreed with me, it should be posted for customers to know in advance. I will NEVER go back again! Horrible customer service and she has my nails all crooked looking. 🙄

If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, the attitudes are terrible hence why I don’t spend money with these foreigners. They come into our neighborhoods with these audacious attitudes. I kept my cool, but Ms.ma’am should learn some customer service before she catches the right one. ☺️

Was in town for the day and broke a nail..found this while driving around..seemed like all the other nail places closed early. The staff was very nice. They were relatively busy. I waited about 30mins. I had sammy as my nail tech. She was fast and efficient. Kept asking along the process if I was ok with everything which I really appreciated. Now I didn't see signs for prices so when I got to the register and got the total I was a little shocked. Their prices are a little steep..but in the end still a success!

Went there to get one acrylic nail fixed that was broken and to get them touched up charged me 25 the red didn't match the test of the nails its over priced and was not impressed with sceneryup

Sammy was definitely a lifesaver for my nails and eyebrows. I was headed to Charleston, SC from Atlanta, GA and one of my nails popped off. I googled nail shops in the area and this shop popped up. Sammy did an amazing job saving my nails and making sure they would last until after my birthday on Jan 17. At the last minute I asked her if she could wax my eyebrows. I explained I didn’t want them to thin. She knew exactly what I wanted and made me look and feel so beautiful again. Thanks so much Sammy. I recommend this nail shop to anyone in the area needing her services! 10/10

So I told this lady today to do christmas nails so she did it and she was so nice every time she say u ok so she did a Lil long nails and I appreciated it but she kidda did not shape em right but today was great...Sorry can't send pic

My daughter went in today to have her nails. She asked for blue tips with a white line at the bottom. When thinking she was going to have to pay $45 which is advertised for a full set, she was charged $75. She was told she got a design so she was charged more. 30 more dollars for blue tips and a small white line…On top of this the quality of work was sloppy. Do not use this place. Very disgusted that she had to pay $75 of her Christmas money for a sloppy job.

Update: Nice establishment, good 💅 nail tech, most of the time they get you in and out, no time wasted but my opinion Be Very Careful because they Will try to Over Charge you fie something that is suppose to be included/apart of doing a fillin or etc...I don't go to people who Intentionally try to overcharge their customers. I'm making you be aware, look out and be careful to not get overcharge. This nail spa was okay. Very nice worker. I have the same complaint I have with most nail places nowadays is that they are very expensive, just for Gel nails 💅on you nails, no manicure just Gel polish it's $25 and it drys faster quicker job and the nail salons charge us more money; I would understand more if the Gel polish only was $10 or $15 dollars, wishful thinking...Also I don't understand the pedicure service percedure anymore because they only soak & wash your feet now and charge you more money. Before we use to get our feet Scrub, all the Skin off your feet, come out feeling brand new 😆 but now feet wash a little Scrub with that rectangle thing. It's more of a Massage cure then a Pedicure because they do great with the massage and hot towel for your 🦵legs then Scrubbing your feet. I understand certain things can't be use any longer but Sheesh. My Thoughts.....
