Ken is the best massage therapist & cares deeply about the wellbeing of his clients. I've learned so much from him about taking better care of myself (stretching, strengthening, posture, etc). He checks in throughout the session to make sure you're comfortable with the pressure. Being in the secure basement facility is a benefit - no traffic noise so you can focus on how great the massage feels. Ken is the kindest guy in Rochester. He's comforting to be around. I was floating after my massage. I love my monthly massages & am so grateful to Ken for providing affordable massage packages.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was asked if a male tech would be ok, which I was fine with. I showed up, it was in a basement which was locked and there was absolutely no one else in there but me and this guy. No receptionist, just me and this strange male. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL and terrifying for a young female. Would never put myself in this situation again.

I received the Mommy2B prenatal/pregnancy massage by Therese and could not recommend more! I felt incredibly comfortable and I left relaxed physically and mentally. Therese seemed very knowledgeable about the pregnant body which made me feel safe and confident in the massgae that I was getting. They have a pregnancy pillow with space for all of our growing parts which is sooo much better than a side-lying massage (which I got somewhere else) so that I could truly get the back, shoulder, and neck massage that I desperately wanted. I also loved that Therese asked me about the amount of pressure she was giving along the way to ensure that I was enjoying/getting enough. Highly recommend any massage with Therese.

Samarra Massage is such a nice place. I got a package of massages as a gift and I will definitely be returning after my experience. The massage therapists are amazing. The ambiance is so calming and relaxing and they make you feel so comfortable while there. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Samarra is amazing! They are welcoming and kind. I love a good spa experience but this is great for a quality massage, reasonable price, and being able to fit self care into a busy day. So far I have been twice and had two different women. Both were amazing. Because of the price, I am able to go more often which is amazing!

The Spa was warm and inviting. Very peaceful as soon as you walked in. Payton was amazing! I left feeling ready to conquer the day!! She is wonderful at releasing knots and tension. Professional and friendly. Rebooked immediately.

This place is amazing!!! Such a hidden gem. Had an incredible massage by Sam, who listened closely to my needs, and was kind, attentive, and professional throughout. I felt like a new person walking out of that room! I was greeted warmly by Ken who made me a hot tea when I arrived, and had a lovely conversation. Truly the epitome of warmth, relaxation, professionalism, kindness, and top notch service. Can’t wait to return when I am back in the area!! ❤️

This was my first time at Samarra and I love everything about it. Everything from booking to checking out was professional and easy. I appreciate the reminder texts and ability to fill out the Intake form ahead of the appointment. My massage therapist Michelle was kind, professional and gave me a thorough and thoughtful massage, taking into account all the information I had shared about injuries, etc. Overall, an excellent experience!

To begin, the spa is beautifully decorated and the massage room was very serene with calming music and aromatherapy. The heated table was heavenly. Most importantly, Michelle was expertly skilled. Quite possibly the best massage I’ve ever experienced. I will definitely be back.

Samarra staff are friendly and nice. The office and massage rooms are welcoming and relaxing and very well decorated! I have enjoyed all the massages I have received here through the years.
